## What is TRACED?

Your workouts deserve better than a screenshot.

A morning run, a trail, an hour in the pool: TRACED turns it into a sticker you can drop straight onto your Instagram Story. It is transparent, so it sits on your own photo instead of covering it.

WHAT YOU GET
• Seven stickers, chosen one by one, from a single line of stats to a full results board
• Your real GPS route, drawn as data. No map, no clutter
• A pace chart, split by split, with the pace on every bar
• The numbers picked automatically for each session: distance and pace for a run or a ride, time, heart rate and calories at the gym
• Three fonts to switch between, and white or black ink, so the sticker matches your photo
• Copy a transparent PNG and paste it over any photo

Every session is offered only the stickers its own data can fill, so nothing ever shows up empty.

Connect with Strava to import your activities automatically. Powered by Strava.

Private by design. Your data is yours, and you can delete your account at any time.

## Version history (last 5 releases)

### 1.0.12 — 2026-09-20

A darker, colder app.

The background is now a night running track, felt under a heavy veil rather
than read. The greys lost their green cast. Workout names are set in capitals,
and the list breathes.

Your workouts list now shows the fifteen sessions TRACED imports, instead of
growing past that window every day.

### 1.0.10 — 2026-09-17

TRACED has a new look.

Your workouts, your profile and the sticker screen now share one dark mountain
scene, and everything you read on top of it is clearer than it was.

The stickers themselves are unchanged: the same seven, the same three fonts,
the same white or black ink.

### 1.0.9 — 2026-09-16

Two stickers, Strip and Splits, were drawing too low: part of the numbers sat in the band Instagram keeps for its own buttons. They clear it now, on every phone.

### 1.0.8 — 2026-09-15

Sharper workout browsing.

Workouts now feel cleaner and quicker to scan, with calmer sport marks, clearer rows, and a better placed tap hint.

The app also opens with a short TRACED brand moment, and the sticker screen now gently shows that the workout name can be renamed.

### 1.0.5 — 2026-09-13

Steadier, everywhere.

The app used to shift as it finished loading. It now draws the workouts screen
once, so the title lands where it stays.

At larger text sizes two things collided: the screen name ran into the TRACED
mark, and the picture on the welcome tour covered its own heading. Both are
fixed, and there is now a rule in place so neither can come back.

And the small things that add up. Cards share one shape. The sign in screen
keeps the same margins as the rest of the app, on every iPhone. Every button
answers a press the same way, and the back button is finally a full size target.

Nothing changed about the stickers themselves.
