## What is TraceLarder?

TraceLarder is an offline lot-and-batch desk for small food makers. Record incoming lots, transformations, finished batches, destinations, evidence, and action checkpoints. When something needs attention, walk the chain on this device.

RECALL AND DISPOSITION
- Recall Control maps upstream lots, downstream batches, and destination exposure
- Lot Disposition records hold, release, return, or destroy
- Export a local recall packet with a SHA-256 integrity value when you choose to share

CTE/KDE READINESS
- Review each lot against core identity, source, quantity, owner, detail, and lineage fields
- Classify receiving, transformation, shipping, and internal movement records
- Open the official FDA Critical Tracking Events and Key Data Elements source in one tap
- See missing fields without any server upload or invented compliance score

LINEAGE
- Ingredient, transformation, and finished-batch records
- Linked IDs for one step back and one step forward
- Sample Saturday preserve run so review can start immediately

YIELD BREAK
- Restates recorded quantity in versus quantity out
- Names child lots already linked on the case
- Never converts unlike units or claims a process score

Version 2.2 adds an on-device CTE/KDE Readiness audit with a direct link to the official FDA source. It checks core lot identity, source, quantity, owner, event detail, and forward lineage fields without claiming certification.

The iPhone navigation is now a focused five-tab layout, keeping Recall and Disposition directly reachable while organizing Yield Break, Tools, Cases, and Reference under More.
