## What is TraceLogic Pro?

TraceLogic - Enterprise OTDR diagnostics for fibre splicing teams

TraceLogic is an enterprise platform built for splicing contractors and fibre optic engineering organisations. Field engineers diagnose OTDR traces, run bi-directional splice analysis, and document fibre health offshore, underground, and on remote sites with no connectivity.

For organisations only - TraceLogic is sold as a team/organisation subscription to splicing companies, contracting firms, and sole-trader splicers operating as a registered business. Individual engineers do not subscribe directly. Your organisation's administrator provisions your account through TraceLogic's administrative web dashboard, and you sign in to the iOS app using credentials issued by your team.

The iOS app does not offer any in-app purchase, subscription registration, or upgrade. All licencing, billing, and team management happen on TraceLogic's enterprise web dashboard, accessed by your organisation's administrator in a desktop browser at tracelogicpro.co.uk/dashboard.

Help & FAQs
A new in-app guide is now available from the Account tab. Covers getting started, opening SOR files, smart flag interpretation, the BiDi calculator, the guided diagnostic flow, working offline, the reference library, and sync and project assignments. Bundled with the app - works fully offline, no signal needed.

Cleaner Account tab
The OTDR Thresholds section is now collapsed by default, so the Account tab opens as a clean menu. Tap "OTDR Thresholds" to expand when you need to adjust pass/fail bands.

Bi-directional trace viewer
When viewing a B→A trace, the operator name now correctly shows the Engineer B who ran that direction. Previously could surface the wrong name. Matches the dashboard and PDF reports.

Faster mobile-to-dashboard sync - uploaded SOR traces now appear on the mobile app within seconds of foregrounding, no manual refresh needed.

New diagnostic charts on the company dashboard:
