I was looking for a new math game that would be challenging and this is right up my alley! I just wish there was a more fun way of playing with the app. Kind of annoying that I can only do 5 problems then have to go back to the home screen to reselect my options to play another round. Trach definitely needs to make a game out of this, it’s too fun!

Having assumed this was the complete system, I bought it. I read the in-app ‘info’ which outlined what Trachtenberg maths is and I assumed that this was what I got with the app purchase. Sadly, only multiplication is taught and tested and I feel cheated as £5 is too much for only a part-system which is useful but a curio. I am hoping that this is being actively developed and I won’t have to wait too long for the full system, at which point I would revise this review.  

I love the Trachtenberg system and also own the book. I had a comprehensive iPhone app which taught and tested the complete system - it was fantastic but the developer stopped supporting it for successive iOS upgrades and I stopped practicing.

Yes, I own the Trachtenberg speed system book. I used to have a really good app but they stopped supporting it, and when I upgraded my phone, it no longer worked. This is great for satisfying my geekiness! I hope they continue to support it and improve it. Thank you for making this app 😍
