## What is Tracia Training?

Tracia Training is the athlete/participant app of the Tracia Cognitive Tracking Platform.

Tap the personal link your coach or researcher sends you; the app recognises you and opens the multiple-object-tracking (MOT) training prepared specifically for you.

• PERSONAL PROGRAM — Your training plan travels inside your link: which training on which day, how many games, at what difficulty. Nothing to configure.
• WEEKLY PLAN — Programs assigned to days. If you miss a day, your next session waits for you; your progression is never broken.
• WORKS OFFLINE — Training runs fully offline. Results reach your coach automatically once a connection is available.
• SCIENCE-BASED — Trainings build on the MOT paradigm used in attention and tracking research.

Note: this app cannot be used on its own; it requires a personal link created by your coach's Tracia Elite software. If you don't have a link, contact your coach.

Training experience improvements:
• See your session plan before starting — sets, objects and target counts are now listed on the briefing screen.
• A 5-second countdown after Start: not ready? Cancel back to the home screen and train later.
• The rotate-your-phone screen now guides users whose rotation lock is on.
• Coach links now always take priority — personal links open correctly even after trying the demo.

The app is now fully bilingual: if your device language is English the interface opens in English, and stays Turkish on Turkish devices. Devices in any other language see English.

Scientific terms have also been aligned with the multiple object tracking (MOT) literature.
