## What is Track 2 Trace?

Track Two Trace is the app for tracking values. The app offers the freedom to keep track of whatever you want: from your body weight to the heaviest weights you've lifted in the gym, all in one place!

Features:
- Create "items" to start measuring values.
- Assign "units" to items to provide context to the values (e.g., kg, #, or %).
- Easily add new values to an item.
- Track your progress through an item's history.
- Create "groups" to organize items with similar themes.
- Change the name or properties of an item.
- Modify the order or names of the groups.
