I rated the app for 2 stars because even though the app is total garbage, the tripod head itself is a great candidate for tinkering. Perhaps I’ve finally found a use for some of my old RC car stuff. ### 1/5 — CRAP! *2022-04-10* Bought this at the dollar store so I knew it wasn’t the best. Keeps getting ID Error and tracks face for just a few seconds. Object tracking freezes and crashes. Front camera does work but renders are pixelated. Good if you got iPhone w a 1080p front facing camera since it does track if up close. But doesn’t track far away. Which is dumb and not usable. can’t track running or jogging just very slow movements. Hopefully ceo reads this because fixing these problems will make it a beast. BUT, when you first scan it another app called 360 view works! It connects perfectly with the device I got from five below. No hassle. Will update later but bumped it to 5 stars because of quick response and promised resolution. Update: reached out and heard once from developers but nothing really happened. It should automatically connect if your phone's Bluetooth is on and it will indicate this with a solid red light. But that doesn't always work especially for some Android models. Just bought the device and set it up only to have all the excitement destroyed the moment I opened the app and hit record. “Licence failed” then there’s your huge watermark that can’t be removed too. Quite sneaky, sneaking that in weren’t you. So I can only record videos with your watermark all over the video. Returning it first thing in the morning. Quite gutted to be honest.
