## What is Track Change Thrive?

Are you dealing with headaches, bloating, migraines, fatigue, IBS, skin reactions, or other symptoms — and wondering whether food may be involved?

Track Change Thrive helps you see potential connections between what you eat and how you feel — without guesswork, spreadsheets, or juggling multiple apps.

Start your free trial. Cancel anytime. No ads. No data selling.

TCT was created by a systems engineer for his own family when symptoms continued without clear answers. The goal was simple: build a tool that reveals patterns and potential food-related triggers over time.

What Track Change Thrive Does:

- Log meals and symptoms in seconds. One entry powers analysis across foods, ingredients, allergens, and nutrients — giving you a clear, unified view.

- Identifies four types of potential correlations between what you log and the symptoms you experience:
   • Foods you ate
   • Ingredients within those foods
   • Allergens present in the foods you logged
   • Nutrients associated with symptoms in established research
**This multi-layer approach helps reveal potential patterns that traditional food or symptom trackers may not show.

- Reveals science-informed nutrient insights
   • When you log a symptom, TCT highlights nutrients with known associations to that symptom — covering both potential deficiencies and excesses — giving you additional context to review.

- Alerts you to allergens & ingredients you want to avoid
   • Flag allergens and ingredients you want to avoid. TCT automatically surfaces them during logging so you don’t have to inspect labels manually. Your dashboard also shows how consistently you're avoiding them.

- Supports overall health with nutrition tracking
   • Track macros, secondary macros, vitamins, minerals, caffeine, and water while TCT focuses on identifying symptom-related patterns.

- Reveals patterns and trends that naturally develop
   • Track symptoms over time and view how frequently foods, ingredients, allergens, or nutrients appear before the symptoms you log. Patterns strengthen as your entries grow.

- Provides fast, reliable food logging
   • Search natural and branded foods, scan barcodes, build recipes, save favorites, and log meals quickly using a vetted database with over 1.4M foods. Logging stays fast, not frustrating.

Why Track Change Thrive Is Different:

- Most apps focus on general nutrition tracking, macros, or general health logging. Track Change Thrive is designed specifically for identifying potential symptom triggers.

- TCT brings together:
   • Multi-layer correlations (foods, ingredients, allergens, nutrients)
   • Symptom tracking aligned to timing and severity
   • Fast and accurate food logging
   • Science-informed nutrient associations
   • The ability to replace multiple tools — symptom trackers/correlators, allergen/ingredient flaggers, macro/micronutrient apps, and basic food logs — with one system designed for clarity

- Built around real struggles — not generic health goals — TCT focuses on helping you understand why symptoms may be occurring, not just recording them.

### 5/5 — Very helpful

*2025-12-06*

This app makes managing my diet for my medical conditions so much easier. I can track tons of specific nutrients, and I can actually set a personalized low fiber goal to keep me on track with the doctor's orders. Honestly, logging is painless. Just zap the product with the bar code scanner or use the quick search tool, and you're done. Total win for anyone with complex dietary needs.

### 5/5 — A great wellness app!

I have really been loving TrackChangeThrive! It is so easy to log what I’m eating throughout the day and I love having a place to document symptoms as they come. I have already identified foods that I should limit and have noticed a significant change in my skin and headaches! This is a must for anyone wanting to take a more serious approach to their diet and health!

### 5/5 — Useful and Unique!

*2024-07-11*

With such a large database of food sources and the ability to help it's users get an idea of possible health problems or conditions based on individual symptoms, it's easy to tell how much work has gone into the making of this app. I highly recommend all to give it a try!

**Developer response:** Thank you for trusting us on your journey to better health! As an early adopter, we'd love to hear recommendations for improvement via support@trackchangethrive.com. Based upon previous recommendations, we'll soon deliver a label scanner that allows you to capture ingredient, allergen, and nutritional data from your unique niche foods (that may not already be in our robust database), and a printable diet diary and symptom history report that you can share with your healthcare provider. Thanks again!

### 5/5 — Awesome health app!

*2024-06-20*

This app is really great for anyone who wants to optimize their health! I love how easy it is to track food and beverages consumed daily and then also track how you feel that day too! Somedays I’m busier than other days so I also love how I can input my foods and symptoms the following day! It’s super cool to see how you feel when you eat certain things- so smart! Definitely a keeper!

### 1/5 — Not user friendly at all!

*2024-06-06*

Upon first opening this app, the first thing I noticed is the user interface is not super intuitive. I have used a LOT of food logging apps, and this was definitely more difficult to navigate. I ended up emailing the developer to see if they have any videos or any type of tutorials because I could not find any through the app or doing a browser search. Then when entering foods, I found it very difficult to figure out how to add in a food that I was eating. the first three foods I ate were not recognized by the app by scanning it in with the barcode. The only way I could see how to add a new food to their database was to add a “meal” and it would not let me create my own food so I could add these unrecognized foods into the app. Then when I did find a food in the database, it wouldn’t let me add it and kept saying there was an error. Very frustrating. I went ahead and deleted the app and canceled my subscription. I understand there’s some getting used to a new app when you first use it, but to not have any tutorials and have it be this frustrating right from the get go didn’t work for me

**Developer response:** We are very sorry for your experience and your feedback is not taken lightly. If you decide to use us in the future there are two ways you can add a meal from the Food Log page:
- Select the "add a meal" button in the center of the page or select the "+" option in the top right corner. Using either "add meal" option provides you three ways to find and enter your foods: A barcode scanner, text search, or from your created recipes.
If your barcode search is unsuccessful, use the text search option and scroll to find the natural foods or branded foods you are looking for.

We use a vetted database with over 1.5 million foods and nearly 900K barcodes, but there could be unique foods that aren't in there. To address this problem, we are adding a "label reader" feature to our development roadmap to help our users add those unique foods.

Thank you for the feedback concerning videos. We will begin posting blogs, slideshows and/or videos on our website to help our user's navigate the app.

Our mission is to help people Thrive in life again by identifying diet-symptom correlations. We hope you'll give us another chance in the future because no other app tackles food correlated illnesses like we do.

### 5/5 — I’m learning so much about my eating habits!

*2023-08-01*

This app makes it so easy to log your food with the scanner and ability to create frequently used recipes that you can store. I’m learning that there are definitely some vitamins I’m missing in my diet! Time to make a change!

### 5/5 — Seriously loving this!

So much great information! It feels like this app is a handbook that goes with humanity. Like when a person is born, someone hands this to them and says... “Welcome to being a human. You will need to eat food to stay healthy. This will show you why. Enjoy the game!"
Also, the 'leader of humanity' should put stickers on all food packages right under the ingredients. A bright yellow QR code sticker that says, "If none of this makes sense to you, download this app."
