It is unclear on why this app is available in the store and why is it being advertised at ticket booths.
After downloading it only directs me to Google maps on how to get to the bus stop. Coach USA, we have to find a way to realtime these buses…it’s cold outside

Not only this app does not work (keep showing loading), but it is being promoted by coach usa as go to place to see where is your bus.

Never gives you the actual schedule. You have to go to the website because the apps hangs when loading schedule for you bus line at Port Authority. Needs work!

This app is useless. It just shows a blank screen once you select your stop. It let’s you view the map so you can zoom out and find the bus you’re waiting for. What’s the point of that though? At least give an estimated time of arrival.

Not accurate timings and confusing to use. Could have done better testing before launch. Hope it will be improved but good start overall.

The app is decent for its first release. UI is simple, basic, and not flashy which isn’t a bad thing. App itself allows users to actually live track where the buses are on the map which is incredibly helpful. There are still a few features that can be added and sometimes the bus schedules/departure times have trouble loading, but the map itself and tracking for buses isn’t terrible. In all honesty I’m just glad there is finally something to track and update me on where buses may be along my route. Definitely can be improved but not a bad start.
