What is the point of that…?! Quite, quite, useless!!! And further you get these friendly follow up emails as if the developer is really writing them that can’t be replied to and no one has ever replied to the issue I bring up here. Overly complicated to use. ### 1/5 — Do NOT use this APP WARNING *2023-12-01* I installed Track over a year ago, used their trial Option…over 1 YEAR later I’m still dealing with trying to get it removed. THIRTY TWO (32) emails to their “service” center and still no reply. How Track has hi jacked my email account and won’t let me send!! Yes, I’ve worked with Gmail and Apple, and tried every way to remove. JOE GREENWAY was reported to the FTC today, as well as class action attorneys that said there are many. DONT even get close to this app. ### 1/5 — Poor customer support *2023-11-28* I was charged for another year subscription through PayPal, ONE MONTH after canceling my subscription. No response from customer support. This app works, but puts the word Track in front of all your email contacts. Had no problem with customer support during free trial period. But after paying for premium app, I get no response when asking questions about problems. Don’t download this app! Apple should delete them from their App Store. ### 3/5 — Difficult to remove *2023-11-28* I have been trying for months to remove this email tracking program on my Gmail accounts. Even sending requests for help to the developer. No response. I am now receiving automated emails saying “Your message has not been sent. Reactivate your account now” which is disconcerting seeing important communication not being sent. The app was great when first used and did what was needed, but removing it has been impossible. After this I deactivated the account and deleted the app. Track is still attached to all my email contacts despite this. It has also mucked up my contacts to that my phone contact list is full of email addresses with ‘track’ written in front of them. I would like this sorted and removed properly from my phone. Very disappointing ### 1/5 — No answer *2023-04-22* This app works well but there is no customer service AT ALL. My issue is that I agreed and paid for a yearly subscription after I’ve been paying monthly but they never stopped charging the monthly fee so I blocked it from charging my card. I then got a message that my service has expired but it did not because I paid the yearly rate only 3 months ago.  Dear Joe Greenway, On November 29, 2022 I purchased the service of an email tracking App, named TRACK via the Apple App. Unfortunately, the service of your product performed, has not provided what I purchased it for because it does not send the emails, and it continues to send me to a window to purchase the subscription I already paid for. I have emailed you/TRACK TEAM November 29, 2022, November 30, 2022, December 01, 2022, and December 07, 2022 with one response on November 30, 2022 that read “I’m on it.” It is now December 7, With no results and because of this it delayed 6 of my invoices totaling $3,818.48. I am extremely disappointed in the lack of service both in the product and customer service side, because I have paid $119.88 on November 29, 2022 via PAYPAL, I will be requesting my refund as directed on the receipt of sale.The service has not performed correctly, the issue was not fixed in a timely manner and I no longer trust that when I do have an issue with the app, it will be resolved. I no longer look forward to your reply and a resolution to my problem. I will wait until the refund is completed and if not, the Agencies that this email has been carbon copied to, will be further engaged.
