Also, let us know if Always location permission was enabled and whether you could see the route being recorded during your trip.

Our latest update (now it’s 5.3.5) fixes known crashes, improves stability, and adds new features to make your journeys smoother. We’d love for you to give it another try!

Hi, thanks for sharing your concern. We want to reassure you that we only collect the minimum data needed for core features like location tracking and login. The app can be used fully offline if you prefer, and no trip data is ever tracked or uploaded without your consent. Apple requires us to declare login and identifiers, but this doesn’t mean we are tracking you. it’s just part of being transparent.
