Nothing recorded *2026-07-08* Installed the app for our family road trip. First day, start the tracking. More than 600 km. Nothing has been saved. All lost. Avoid this app, which made the whole family very sad today. **Developer response:** We’re very sorry to hear this. Also, let us know if Always location permission was enabled and whether you could see the route being recorded during your trip. ### 1/5 — WORTHLESS *2026-02-20* I use this app for work and in the beginning it worked great but now it’s unreliable and freezes up and just shuts down out of the blue. I’m a route driver and I rely on this app to keep me on track and to keep me from backtracking and going down streets I’ve already been down. Why am I paying $60 a year for this service if it isn’t going to be reliable?!?!? Do better when you charge for a service. If it was a free app I wouldn’t have a reason to complain but considering I’m charged I expect the app to work when I use it. Don’t waste your money on this app, I’m gonna look for a better more reliable app to use. The app is going crazy now. Compounding this, settings between the app and the website aren’t synced: even if you select miles and feet in the app, the web dashboard forces you into metric units with no option to change.
