Poor App no customer support not been able to access my pension since DHL moved to this handler. 

Emails sent to try get access and no reply. No uk phone number to call for help. 

Can’t see or handle my pension one thing is for sure I’ll be transferring my pension once I finally get access.

How do they manage to make something so difficult to use? It’s like a special skill that takes years of training to make something so dreadful. The simplest thing should be being to open the app, but no. Let’s make it so your password can’t be saved and you have to log into the website to generate a new password each time, completely negating the need for the app in the first place. This app should be heralded as a supreme example of how not to create an app.

If you love the thrill of watching a loading bar slowly edge it’s way to around 75% and then wonder if it will ever reach 100% then this is the app for you. SPOILER. It will never reach 100% and you’ll never know what’s on the other side of the loading screen 👎🏻

This is the worst app ever. Doesn’t load any information and better still, when you contact WTW to let them know, they just ignore your email. Wouldn’t bother wasting your time with this app - or WTW to that end. :-(

Won’t allow me to log on even though credentials work on website. After an hour or so of messing around trying, I saw that other reviews also highlighted issues, so have deleted. Amazing that for something as important as a pension, they don’t have a workable app.

It’s never been good or even okay but latest update has broken the ability to see unit price changes making it completely useless for making any investment decisions.

I’m moving my pension away from Towers Willis Watson and the primary reason is access to the simplest information is practically impossible. This app is part of the issue. Won’t log in with credentials I know are correct. Tried to re-download it thinking it was an app error and now it won’t even download from the App Store. Dreadful.

Very slow to load. Logs out immediately if you swap to another app. Historic fund prices no longer working after the last update.

You changed the app without consulting or informing us & now suddenly it requires two devices & you haven’t even told us what the link to the pensions portal is so users have no choice but to try googling for the site which is a major security risk & opens up the floor for bad actors to create their own websites impersonating you.

App down for 2 days. Now new version of the app won’t let you sign in without QR code or generating a new password. Website takes you round a loop. 2 years ago this was given a one star and it’s safe to say the app is now worse. Doesn’t do what it says on the tin.

See the review from Narap from 2-years ago as nothing has changed. Works for a couple of days then it won’t recognise you so off to the website for a code. This then works for one or two times before the best fix is to uninstall and start again. On the plus side they have an iPad app but please fix it

Never had issues with the app. It’s easy to login through my work portal if my app signs me out. High level information is displayed and helps me keep track of what’s happening month to month.

Despite other reviews, I’ve had no issues with this app. After initial setup, which took a few minutes, it uses Face ID to login.

Shows me an overview of my pension and a few others insights.

It’s a shame others haven’t had the same experience.

I’ve been using the app for years with no issues. However, it’s recently stopped connecting and I get a generic network or service error.

The app is fairly rudimentary. However, it is useful. It could be hugely improved by introducing cookies that weren’t automatically deleted whenever the app is updated, such that the app didn’t force the user to enter their full credentials. Since the password is only available from the online portal, this is a real waste of time and energy.

Laid out all wrong, very difficult to find what you need, the old app displayed your value from the last time you logged in briefly then your new value so you could tell if it had gone up or down. No way of telling on the new without changing the dates etc. bring back the old one.

The app shows some basic pension details, but it’s extremely slow and looks like something that was built for early smart phones. Could really do with a facelift and some work behind the scenes to bring it up to date and make user experience smoother.
