### 5/5 — Trackable.io

*2026-04-09*

Trackable.iO is a clean, user-friendly fitness app that makes staying consistent way easier. The interface is simple but powerful—you can track workouts, monitor progress, and stay accountable without feeling overwhelmed. It’s clear a lot of thought went into making it practical for real people, not just hardcore athletes. If you’re trying to build better habits and actually stick to them, this is a solid tool to have in your corner.

This app is great. It helps keep you accountable and it sets realistic and attainable goals for weight loss. It’s also a great tool to keep you on the right track and help you keep setting the bar higher and higher. It has great tools to help you with your dieting, meal planning, tracking nutritional value in food, helping you set up work out routines based on your life style, and giving you stats to help you track progress. ### 5/5 — The Only Fitness App I Need

*2026-03-11*

The amount of features that are available for FREE are amazing. And the premium version is ultimately the cherry on top providing an AI coach and tons of other unique features. I have some very specific fitness goals right now and the app is able to help me track and visualize everything I need to. I used to be a die-hard MyFitnessPal user but am now switching over Trackable.io for good because it is so convenient to have everything I need in one place. Oh, and I also really like the “social” aspect because you know ya girl loves a little friendly competition as a bonus motivator:)

## Version history (last 5 releases)

### 4.6 — 2026-09-08

Trackable 4.6 brings a refreshed look, smoother logging, and more ways to make the app your own.

• Refreshed dashboard, food and workout screens, social feed, profiles, and messaging, with easier access to Ask Coach, Insights, and Vitals.

• More expressive themes, including Original editions of Salt, Pepper, Sakura, and After Hours.

• Improved food logging with clearer meal names, collapsible meals, and streamlined logging options.

• Smoother workout drafts, clearer workout summaries, and separate weight history for each-side exercises.

• Redesigned Groups, Routines, Notes, and Grocery List, with pinned notes, routine filters, and a searchable shopping list.

• New Daily Summary feed cards with optional photos and captions, plus more Instagram Story customization, including backgrounds, colors, positioning, and the stats you share.

• Improved feature discovery, recipe sharing, notifications, keyboard handling, and reliability when saving food and workouts.

### 4.5 — 2026-09-03

Live cardio maps that actually draw

Your route now appears on the map while you run, ride or walk. It didn't before: the map needed a download that often never arrived, so the panel stayed empty however long you waited. Everything the map needs now ships inside the app, so it works offline too. Steps update live from your device instead of only when your position changes, and your route stays attached to a finished session, so you can reopen it later and the map is still there.

Rebuilt leaderboards

A real podium for the top three with the medal color around the winner's card, and bigger, easier-to-read rows for 4th through 10th. Your own distance from the top 10 sits in a card at the bottom. The time range and metric now read as one set of controls, and the whole board follows your theme instead of a fixed purple panel.

Three challenges at once

Run up to three challenges at the same time. A paused challenge keeps its slot; only ending one frees it. Starting a second challenge used to fail with a generic error. Challenges is now a full screen instead of a cramped pop-up.

Rearrange your Daily Recap

Move the recap cards into the order you want and it stays that way. Tapping up or down used to jump you to the top of the screen without reordering anything. The recap also fills itself out from across the app rather than showing a mostly empty card, and the Trackable mark no longer covers your streak on a Story.

Faster launch

Opening the app no longer waits on the network before you can type. Everything it needs to start is bundled in, the header is there on the first frame, and reading your Apple Health history happens in the background rather than in front of you.

A fairer number on your lifts

Posted lifts now show average weight per set beside total volume. Volume alone rewards whoever did more sets, so 10x10 at 100 lb outranked 3x5 at 300 lb. Average per set reads 100 lb against 300 lb. Warm-up sets are also excluded from displayed set counts.

Also fixed

Custom foods are saved to your account and are there next time you look for them. The save was failing silently.

Any water goal you enter is stored exactly as you typed it. A hidden 128 oz ceiling was quietly changing larger goals.

You can rename your meal slots, add your own, or override a single day. Renaming is display only, so nothing you have already logged moves.

Copy from Split no longer needs you to export your plan first every single time.

The Instagram Story route layout accepts a photo instead of showing a black card.

Social pages follow your theme, and close buttons that sat off screen or under the footer are reachable.

The More screen fits on one screen, with Sign Out last.

The feed quotes weights in your own units.

Shared routes trim the start and end by default, so a shared map does not reveal where you live.

### 4.4 — 2026-08-26

Vitals
Tap the heart card on your dashboard for a full vitals page. Log blood pressure, glucose, temperature, waist and a daily mood check-in, with Apple Health readings listed separately. Every reading is shown against published reference ranges, and each vital now has a trend chart with labelled axes and 30-day, 60-day, 90-day and 12-month views.

Daily Recap
A single-screen summary of your day: which goals you hit and which you missed, macros and steps against target, every workout you logged, sleep and your streak. Share it to your feed as a graphic, or to an Instagram Story over a photo of your own.

Micronutrients
A scrollable nutrient rail sits under your macros with rings for popular vitamins and minerals, and you can set your own goals for 19 nutrients.

Save Workouts From Your Feed
Any workout in your feed can be saved to your own library, including posts shared before this update.

Mobility Sessions
A new session type for stretching, foam rolling and rehab work, with a searchable movement catalog and a per-movement timer.

Fixes
- Outdoor cardio keeps recording with the screen off and shows your route on a live map
- Workouts now count toward your daily streak
- Serving-size micronutrient values corrected
- Tapping a notification opens the screen it refers to
- Shared cardio routes trim their start and end so your home isn't revealed
Much More

### 4.3.1 — 2026-08-19

• Fixes an error when finishing a workout. Your workouts were always
saved — this corrects the review screen not closing.
• PR badges display again when you hit a new personal record.
• Fixes user search and sharing a workout to someone by name.
• Stops duplicate reminders for the same thing.

### 4.3 — 2026-08-18

Progress photos, fixed and better

• Progress photos now display correctly when you tap to enlarge them —
a long-standing bug that left photos blank has been fixed.
• Compare Progress shows both photos side by side on every screen size,
with dates moved out of the way so you can see the full picture.

Real micronutrient data
• Micronutrients now come from the USDA food database — real measured
values, not estimates. 18 nutrients including iron, calcium,
  potassium, and vitamins.
• New AI web search finds nutrition for foods that aren't in the
  database yet.

Challenges
• 10 challenges to choose from, all ready to start.
• Track your streak and earn badges as you go.

Cardio
• Distance and route now keep tracking with your screen off.

Sleep
• Afternoon and evening naps are now counted.

Fixes
• Supplement reminders now show your per-dose amount instead of your
weekly total — important if you split doses.
• Step, water, and sleep goals no longer reset themselves.
• The rest timer is off by default; turn it on per exercise.
• Duplicate and unwanted notifications have been stopped, including
hydration reminders arriving with reminders switched off.
• Workout volume is now calculated the same way everywhere — your
workout, your shares, and the leaderboard finally agree.
• Sign out in Settings now works.
• Faster startup and smoother scrolling.
