### 5/5 — Best free tracking app on the market

*2026-08-26, version 7.3.8*

Try finding another free tracking app like this good luck

### 5/5 — Best Training App on Market

*2026-08-19, version 7.3.7*

Constantly updating to improve performance, has reset options, nutrition, basically every exercise and if it is not logged you can add it. Super great!

### 5/5 — Amazing

*2026-08-12*

It is genuinely so easy to say how good this app is. It has so many features and options to choose from. If i had to nitpick i would say the food options arent great but everything else besides that is incredible

### 5/5 — The best app for fitness

*2026-08-11*

Genuinely idk what I’d do without this I can’t workout without it. You can track everyone fitness related, I would recommend it to anyone that goes to the gym even a little bit

### 4/5 — great app!

*2026-08-07, version 7.3.6*

overall great app! just wish there was garmin integration (and possibly any other wearable apps), beyond just the fitbit one. otherwise flawless and excited for the future of the app

### 5/5 — Love this app

*2026-08-07, version 7.3.6*

Best free app for tracking workouts and nutrition

### 4/5 — Perfect except…

*2026-08-07*

One of my overall favorites, but I consistently find that they track food items incorrectly. Why do Rice Krispies have a weird nutrition label? Could’ve easily been the goat app if they had a better food database (I loved macrofactors). A UI makeover would be nice for some parts (dark blue and minty green?)

### 5/5 — 10/10

*2026-08-05*

This app is significantly better than Cronometre, I love all the features and i do come across bugs from time to time very rarely but when I reach out and leave a ticket in the discord Jackson reaches out normally within just a few minutes and resolves the issue very quickly, you can really tell how much work and effort they put into making the app as best as possible. Overall it’s a great app and it feels like there always making it better with new features

### 5/5 — Nice app

*2026-08-01, version 7.3.0*

Nice app work good👍

### 4/5 — Great app

*2026-07-31, version 7.3.0*

really like the app, especially with the wide selection of exercises. my only issue with the app is how it is difficult to search for a food.

## Version history (last 5 releases)

### 7.4.1 — 2026-08-27

Version 7.4.1 — compare any two sessions, a rebuilt photo compare, a daily checklist, and a long list of fixes to sleep, bodyweight and Health sync.

NEW
- Compare a session against any earlier session of the same workout, side by side.
- Physique photos: page through your whole history and compare any two full screen.
- Cream, a new warm light theme (Pro).
- A daily checklist you can add to your dashboard, with reminders (Pro).
- Reorder workout folders by dragging their header, and the program builder's workout picker is grouped by folder and can create a workout in place.
- Reschedule a program day within its week without shifting the rest of the program.
- Give each weekday its own nutrition day type, so training and rest days carry their own targets.
- AI Quick Add estimates micronutrients and the fat breakdown, is grounded on the food database, and keeps the name you typed.
- Recently logged foods are pinned to the top of food search, and you can copy a food that is itself a copy.
- Log steps yourself when your phone missed them.
- Tempo names all four phases and orients them per exercise, and exercises can be marked alternating so reps are entered per side.
- The rest timer alert is time sensitive and plays a real sound, and the Live Activity's -15s and +15s buttons are tappable.
- Choose which notifications reach you by category, and a notification opens straight to what it is about.
- Fitbit now syncs through Google's new API.

FOR COACHES
- Review a client's clip by recording your camera and voice over it, or by drawing on it.
- A client-scoped active program section, and editing a day asks what the change should apply to.
- See a client's exercise progress in their Exercises tab, and their manual steps in your views.
- Assign checklist items to a client, lock how they are checked, and set when they start and remind.
- See which clients can actually receive your notifications, and filter the client list by it.

FIXED
- Health sync no longer brings back weigh-ins or step days you deleted.
- Manual sleep entry no longer treats time in bed as time asleep.
- Your week start comes from your account preference, never the device.
- Calibrated TDEE no longer double-converts pounds, and measures your real weigh-in span.
- Bodyweight ETA direction, a flat trend told apart from no trend, and streak grace.
- A unilateral set counts once toward volume and once in set history.
- Isometric holds show in exercise history and are numbered uniquely.
- Fixed a lockup when creating an exercise, and exercises refresh after an edit.
- Nutrition entries hidden by a bad status show again.
- A failed voice log no longer leaves your audio quiet.
- Fullscreen video respects the screen's insets, with a clearer screen when a video cannot load.
- The rest timer starts without waiting on the save, and a pending edit is not lost on submit.
- "Apply Previous" uses the most recent training date and stays on the exercise you opened.
- Opening a session from the consistency heatmap no longer traps you in History.
- Your next check-in is always named with a relative day, and trends drop questions your coach removed.
- Other members' surnames are no longer shown in messages, pushes, or social screens.
- Restored missing accents and translated strings across languages.

### 7.3.8 — 2026-08-20

Version 7.3.8 — recipes, meal plans you can switch between, a weekly calorie budget, and a rebuilt coach client view.

NEW
- Recipes: build one from ingredients, or save a meal you already logged, then log it into any meal in one tap.
- See every meal plan your coach assigned and switch between them. A plan day can follow a specific program workout.
- Your coach can set a weekly calorie budget instead of a daily one, so a big day borrows from the rest of the week, and can set micronutrient goals alongside your macros.
- Solve a portion from a target: enter the calories or protein you want and Tracked works out the serving.
- Filter food search by source, search the Italian CREA database, and Open Food Facts now searches in your language.
- The quick-action button: press and hold to drag straight to an action, the photo action opens the camera, and water and weight log from their own sheets.
- Skip a day in your program without shifting everything after it.
- Add notes to a cardio entry, and log weighted isometric holds.
- Gym equipment search is fuzzy, so near-misses still find it. Gyms is out of beta.

FOR COACHES
- The Clients tab is rebuilt around adherence, grouping clients by how well they are keeping up.
- The client Overview is a widget grid with status tags, Cardio and Training sections, and the lifts that moved most.
- Client sessions split into an estimated-1RM review and a full history.
- Daily touchpoints: a screen per day, notifications that open straight to it, and settings to tune it.
- A micronutrient overview flags chronic deficiencies, and the nutrition view carries a full macro summary.
- A steps overview compares the last 7 days with the 7 before.
- Inviting a client is one tap to the share sheet, and you can skip a client's setup checklist.
- Clients are told when you view their profile, and profile details open as full screens instead of sheets.

FIXED
- Sleep records stored with legacy timestamps finally sync.
- Logging a food from a meal photo no longer fails on a food your device had not downloaded.
- Half sets are no longer rounded away, and bodyweight exercises count toward muscle volume.
- Fixed a crash on the Exercises screen and in the session header.
- The food streak counts again, and custom foods stay searchable after an edit.
- Unilateral sets pick the first limb from what you logged, not what you typed.
- Settings changed on the dashboard no longer revert, and an edit made just before leaving a screen is kept.
- Changing your bodyweight unit converts your entries instead of relabeling them.
- Food photo analysis tolerates unusual responses instead of failing.
- Recipes report a partial load instead of quietly showing a short list.
- Pinned Favorites are back in food search, and errors are told apart from empty results.
- "Apply to all" on exercise metadata copied the wrong row and froze the screen.
- The app download is about 13 MB smaller, and more of the app is translated.

### 7.3.7 — 2026-08-11

Version 7.3.7 — a rebuilt coach home screen, workout edits that carry into future weeks, notification controls per group, and a long list of fixes.

NEW
- Changes you make to a workout mid-session can now apply to every future week of your program.
- Mute notifications by group: keep your personal reminders while silencing coaching updates, or the other way around.
- Progress photo comparisons open full screen and swipe between pairs, and you can correct a photo's date.
- See the calories you have left while you log food, add water straight from the nutrition screen, and pick a countable serving — "1 bar" — for products that come that way.
- Completed workouts now show a checkmark in your program.
- Verified exercises carry a badge in the exercise picker.
- New adductor measurement sites, tracked per side.
- Supplements your coach set up now appear in your Supplements tab.

FOR COACHES
- The coach home screen is rebuilt for morning triage: a ranked list of the clients who need attention, each with the reason and how long it has been, tapping straight to the part of their profile where you can act on it. A full attention screen holds the rest, and Messages and Form Checks sit beside it with their counts.
- Get alerted when a client's lift stalls or goes backwards.
- Chart a client's check-in answers over time.
- Client readiness now shows in the overview's Lifestyle section, and the Sleep row opens a full breakdown.
- Program edits made on the coach dashboard now reach mobile previews and Start Workout.

FIXED
- Sleep records the minutes you were actually asleep instead of time in bed, counts nights reported without stages, and hides zero-minute stages.
- The rest timer no longer restarts when you save a unilateral set, and a failed timer notification no longer breaks it.
- Warm-up sets no longer count toward muscle volume, and unilateral sets count per limb.
- Estimated 1RM accounts for the intensity scale you use.
- Your own foods rank first in food search, and nutrients you clear on a custom food stay cleared.
- Entries logged in grams stay in grams when you edit them.
- A failed food photo analysis now says so, and can be retried.
- Meals show up right after logging, and nutrition streaks refresh.
- Ending a session is durable, and session durations on a shared link are sensible again.
- The calendar opens on the right day, and its indicators are easier to tell apart.
- Check-ins accept comma decimals, no longer wait on the network to render, and stay visible to coaches who are also clients.
- Exercise videos no longer duplicate, and deleting one removes every copy.
- Keyboards dismiss when a form scrolls, and the nickname sheet no longer hides behind them.
- More complete translations in every language.

### 7.3.6 — 2026-08-06

Version 7.3.6 — smarter exercise trends, a rest timer with sound, a sleep source you choose, and a long list of fixes.

NEW
- Exercise trends now judge progress on weight, reps and effort together. Hold the weight but add a rep — or hit the same set easier — and it counts as progress, not a stall.
- The rest timer can play a sound when it ends, and you can switch it on for warmup sets too.
- Choose whether your nightly sleep comes from Apple Health or Fitbit when both report the same night.
- Scope the exercise statistics graph to your current program, and open a lift's history for this workout straight from the set label.
- Create a new workout right inside a folder instead of building it at the top level and moving it after.
- Net carbs now carry through the macros widget and nutrient summary, sugar totals are filled in, and the weekly summary shows your target beside what you achieved.
- Set predictions follow the prescribed RIR, and predicted weights show in your own unit.
- Tap a notification to go straight to what it's about.
- Per-muscle volume is weighted by involvement — primary movers count fully, secondary ones count half.

FOR COACHES
- Foods you create now reach your clients: your library shows up in their food search.
- The nutrition targets sheet is rebuilt into a form and a calculator, with estimate-from-intake and grams per lb/kg beside every target.
- A training phase links to its program even when that program isn't downloaded, and dead nutrition goal links are gone.

FIXED
- Workout templates were invisible and untappable inside folders.
- Program weeks ticked over a day late, every week.
- Swapping an exercise left empty 0x0 entries in your history.
- Weight can be entered for timer-logged holds again, and the rounds chip is back.
- Editing a set of a session you already ended no longer starts a rest timer.
- The side drawer could get stuck open.
- One swipe no longer grabs both a sheet and the screen behind it.
- Coaches keep their place on a client's profile after a trip into a sub-screen.
- Check-in scale questions honor the question's direction.
- Apple Health now syncs when the app is open instead of failing quietly in the background.
- Session History no longer shows a heading over an empty list.
- Failures no longer announce themselves with a success checkmark.
- A weight of zero is no longer treated as a logged weigh-in.
- Duplicate muscle mappings no longer multiplied your volume stats.
- Macro grams round consistently — 2.6 g no longer reads as "3" — and the macro bar always matches its percentage.
- The photo Compare hand-off survives switching between galleries.
- More complete translations in every language.

### 7.3.5 — 2026-08-04

Version 7.3.5 — rebuilt check-ins for coaches and clients, training phases, set-failure tracking, and a long list of fixes.

NEW
- Check-ins, rebuilt: answers autosave as you type, dates follow your timezone, and trends show whether you're heading the right way.
- Mark a set as failed with the new "F" option. Failed sets count toward your strength records and skip the effort prompt.
- A notifications bell right in the header, so nothing slips past you.
- The nutrition day view is now the same week ledger as the dashboard, and settings are reorganized into clear groups.
- Sleep from Fitbit syncs visibly and can backfill your history.
- A new Stone theme for Pro members.

FOR COACHES
- Check-in templates: start from guided starters, send weekly, biweekly or monthly, and let automatic reminders and missed-check-in follow-ups do the chasing.
- Training phases: plan, edit and track each client's phases from their profile.
- Organize your roster into categories, and assign training straight from folders.
- Program exercise trends — the same trends your clients see.
- A most-recent-session card on the client overview, and clients now get notified when you deliver a workout.
- Turn feedback on a workout into a chat discussion.

FIXED
- A rare crash that could kick you out mid-workout.
- Workout PR resets now follow your local date and reset every exercise.
- A nutrition sync crash after a full sync, and Cronometer imports being wrongly rejected.
- Home Screen widget actions work again.
- Switching between kg and lbs no longer sets off a coach weigh-in alert.
- Coach sheets that could stop opening, photos that flickered while loading, and sheets tucked under the status bar.
- Coaches whose trial lapsed can subscribe again without being stuck in athlete mode.
- More complete translations in every language.
