When I got my car installed with Tracker, they advised I downloaded the app. On there I could track the car and all but now I can’t even view the ‘Assistance’ numbers; it’s just blank. I’ve downloaded it multiple times but no changes. What’s going on? Please check this out

This app is user friendly if it would work. I’m using the iPhone X and when I try to login or track a vehicle it crashes consistently. Ridiculous.

I have not and am not able to access the inbox. It shows an increase count in messages but when I open the inbox, it does not display any message and then the app shuts down immediately after a second or two.

I have deleted and reinstalled the app several times, I have even upgraded my iOS but same problem. I am using a 6Plus.

Pls debug this problem.
