I tried to contact the helpline but they said your money was used to lower down your insurance now you have to pay back an outstanding balance of about £138. This was for 6 days only and the car was never driven, since we we’re waiting for the tracking device. We received the telematic tracking device on the 7th days and returned it back by post. I asked for my refund of the telematics device money and they said we have have any refund.
