Also, the s20pro tracker loses connection sometimes, so I get like 15 min of no updates, suddenly it updates, and in two occasions the sim card lost contact with its pins, I had to finally cushion it with foam to make sure it doesn’t move and that seemed to have fixed the problem. ### 2/5 — Карта стала красная из-за наложения гео-забора. *2026-04-26* Невозможно стало пользоваться из-за многих слоев на карте красного цвета от гео-фенса. Cons: delay approx 1.5-3 mins GPS wacks out at 30% like a short circuit wet robot shows vehicle tracking off, parking off Added 2nd device it showed offline even adding a subscription until I scanned the QR code it came on line but •has not picked up any of the gps tracking •battery was 100%, now it is reading the battery life of the other device •can’t reach customer service on their Whatsapp number I even called 3am EST no one answered. •after only a couple of hours I was going to deactivate the device, submitted forcrefubd it offered approx $15 less the subscription amount. •there’s no way to recover your loss password. ### 4/5 — Dos the job *2025-10-04, version 2.4.5* It dos the job fine first on I got stopped showing it location but after a few messages back and forth with customer service via WhatsApp they sent out a replacement 👍🏼 ### 4/5 — This tracker does the trick! *2025-04-04* I am still learning things about this device but I do like how small, sleek and lightweight. It’s easy to hide and makes no feel more at ease when my loved ones are out and about. ### 2/5 — Poor customer service *2025-02-23* Ordered my dogs tracking collar and when it came in the mail, I followed the instructions to set them up. The app is confusing as there are random buttons and no description for what these buttons do. My main complaint is that when I set the subscription up it took multiple try’s to get it to go through and then I ended up getting triple charged. When I looked up the contact info to ask for a refund it was a -whatsapp number which seems very unprofessional. Called the number twice with no answer, there were also no emails listed to reach out to. I’m looking up other avenues to try to get my issue resolved. Also the price for the subscription literally was changing every time the page refreshed ### 1/5 — Problem *2024-10-14* I purchased the tracker but, can’t get this app to download on my iPhone for nothing! ### 1/5 — Unhappy with auto renew *2024-09-27* I like this product very much. It’s very accurate, but I am very unhappy for the several months that I have been using it. The auto renew does not automatically take out every month but yet expires and then I have to pay a different price which is higher. Saturday I watched it being driven all around the city. I didn’t report it while it kept changing location, cause of too many police chases ending in crash’s. Finally at 2am Sunday morning, it stopped in one spot. I call the police to report and their reaction was file a report and it may be found in a week or two. When I told them I had your tracker on it, and knew its location, their attitude changed. A half hour later, I received a call that my car was recovered. By 4am the car was back in my driveway.
