Tout fonctionne parfaitement depuis 5 ans que je l’ai.. mais je pense qu’il manque une mise à jour depuis quelques jours l’appli me dit que le Bluetooth n’est pas activé alors que si… du coup elle n’enregistre plus mes données. Pouvez-vous régler cet anomalie svp

Worked great for about 3 weeks and now it won’t read visceral fat, protein, BMR or metabolic age. I have linked this app with apple health app about a week ago. I wonder if that is causing problems?

My very first interaction with this company should have made me believe them. Every single situation was a giant red flag. First being it took more than 2 months to receive. The company begged me to take a discount so that I wouldn’t cancel my order. Between software updates and getting the scale to work, it wasn’t a great impression. The scale worked fine after it updated until I had to replace the batteries. Took some fidgeting but it worked again. Until now. New batteries. Won’t connect at all and I get the message that my Bluetooth is turned off and needs to be turned on to connect. It does nothing. I’ve deleted and reinstalled and checked for the latest updates and nothing. So even if you are lucky enough to get a reading, you have to be connected to the app to see the details of your scan otherwise you just see your weight on the scale. For the amount of money this scale sells for you would think the quality would be better or their customer service would at least live up to the hype of how they advertised it. 

The even bigger red flag for me now is that the app has changed names. It was Fit Track all along and now it’s Track Fit. Either way, very difficult company to deal with and a product that hasn’t worked like I was expecting it to.

Les développeurs ne tiennent plus à jour cette appli, impossible donc de pouvoir connecter la balance à l’appli. J’utilise maintenant l’application HUME qui elle non seulement fonctionne, mais donne des résultats beaucoup plus justes et fiables (cette app me disait que j’avais un surplus de masse adipeuse mais mon médecin et nutritionniste ont trouvé tout le contraire en faisant leurs propres calculs/analyses) En somme, une application définitivement inutile, j’ai désinstallé

I thought this was the app for the Fit Track scale. I’ve had this app for a year and let’s be honest, it’s not great. The calculations are off. So I did some investigating and realized that this is not the track fit app. The correct app is Hume by fit track. 

This app would be fine if it were calculating correctly and not deceptive.

N'achetez pas cet appareil. Depuis une mise à jour de leur application, impossible de connecter la balance avec le téléphone. Ça sert uniquement à connaître son poids. Aucune autre donnés ne sera afficher. C'est jeter son argent à la fenêtre. Acheter ailleurs où ils seront plus respectueux de la promesse de ventre un article qui fonctionne vraiment. Ils ont jamais rien fait pour corriger la situation.

I was really excited to get this scale and it was shared by my trainer. Never worked. The app spun and spun and nothing ever loaded. Buying a Withings instead.

A chaque pesée, une valeur différente s’affiche… avec un écart de 10 à 20 kg 😂. 
De plus, la balance ne communique aucune donnée avec l’application.

Et vu qu’ils ont fusionné avec x sociétés,….  Impossible de retrouver sont mot de passe

En fait on peut changer d email mais bon,….. messieurs les développeurs, si vous pouvez penser une seconde à l’agreabilote de l’itilisateur,…. Allez ok ouvre un ticket et on mais tout cela dans la roadmap,…

Gotta give this app 5/5. A lot of people say it doesn’t work for them. For me it worked where the Hume app failed. It synced to the scale without me even stepping on it 20 feet away. It is simple and keeps my progress. I literally just downloaded it last night and am so happy that I don’t have to buy a new Hume scale to get what I want from my smart scale.

When my Hume app stopped recording my weight on 19th October despite updating app and phone, deleting and reinstalling app and restarting phone, I downloaded TrackFit and it just connects to my 4 year old Dara scale and Apple Health app, and no annoying prompts to get a paid version of Hume.

Had these scales for years now and always used this app to record info, got told a few years ago that Hume was the correct app so was using that… it suddenly stopped saving my info so though I’d try the old app (which I preferred a million times over Hume), and it now works perfectly, the layout is so clean and clear and works every time (unlike Hume which never recorded, most likely in an attempt to try and get me to buy a new scale)

Whoever made this app is amazing. Once FitTrack updated to Hume they became the worst and my scale won’t even work with their app anymore.

This is the solution and works great just like their app used to years ago.

This is the correct App for the Fitrack Dara 1 scales despite what another review says. Downloaded, linked to the scales it works as set out in the instruction manual for the scales.

I get Dexa Scans a couple times a year and notice the numbers are pretty close. I use the Fit Track scale. Its not an exact science but for the average “trying to loose fat and gain muscle” person, It’s a great way to stay on track. I wish there was a spot to add notes to each day.

So, years ago, I bought the digital scale.  I have not been happy lately with the scale’s recommended app, so I tried this one.  This app was able to detect and connect to the scale, and synced perfectly without issues!  I like the simple interface, and that it really just shows the stats from the scale - which is perfect.  It also syncs to Apple Health, which is great.
