That isnpreferred. Now they spam me insecure emails with positional data whenever the tracker starts moving. This is a serious security and privacy concern! This was disabled in the settings and still is. Toggling the setting does nothing except on one tracker if I completely turn off ALL forms of notifications. Trying tontoggle another tracker has no change on the GUI. It is stuck with all on or all off. So I am forced to disable ALL notifications just to have it shutup and not leak tracker data through email. This is extremely annoying that settings are now broken. Re-installing the app and changing password does nothing to alleviate this. Ridiculous. ### 1/5 — Love the Devices - App is terrible *2025-12-10, version 4.0.29* I’ve been using the Tracki device for years, and I just recently purchased another standard tracker and a Tracki Pro. I have 1 tracker hardwired in my Range Rover and absolutely love it. I love that has a lifetime warranty on the device itself, however, DO NOT BE FOOLED, this warranty does not cover extended batteries or hardwire accessory kits. My biggest gripes: the app was just recently updated and the experience is more horrible than previous. I’m receiving alerts that my vehicle is moving, at like 6am everyday, I’m not even awake at 6. My vehicle is parked inside a gated car park with 5 other cars - no traffic causing the issue. The alerts are telling me that my vehicle has started moving AND exited my Home Geo-Fence location. Additionally, minutes later, I’ll receive an alert that my vehicle has entered my geo-fenced work location. This is quite insane, I work 15 miles away from my home. 2nd Gripe - inability to access support tickets from the app. I had a chat ticket going on my laptop browser. A couple days later, I get an alert - push notification from the app, that my ticket was updated. I click on the app alert, only to be routed to the app, yet there is NO OPTION to review the status of the ticket or the update. I spoke with a representative about this, she tells me that only they can see the updates. WTH, what the purpose of sending an app alert with no instructions on how to view the update. I will say, I like/love that you can contact support and speak with a live person, unlike a lot of big companies that are using AI to handle their customer service and support. Chat support is quite slow at times and it sometimes feels like I’m dealing with a 15 year old, however, they try to resolve the problem or fix the issue promptly. Lastly, when there is a firmware update, it is best to call support and let them force the firmware, the app will require you to connect to wi-fi, and even though you are connected to a 2.5ghz connection, with no cellular on your phone, the app does not recognize the WiFi connection. PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE save your mental health and just call support if your device has a firmware update!!! ### 1/5 — Subscription scam *2025-11-24, version 4.0.27* Bling scam. Literally nothing in the app or website shows ANY form of billing/subscription information at all. Yet they will bill you for fake subscriptions months after you close everything. There is NO WAY to know or cancel these fake subscriptions. This app is a scam. ### 1/5 — Not supporting *2025-11-19, version 4.0.27* Wish it could be used on Apple Watches ### 2/5 — I would be subscriber but… *2025-11-15, version 4.0.27* I have used this service and gps tracker in the past and I would absolutely use this service again but…unsubscribing requires you to jump through all kinds of hoops. You cannot simply unsubscribe in the app, which a deal breaker for me. That’s a basic customer service approach, and if a company is making it hard to unsubscribe then I’ll find a service and tracker that offers a better business model. ### 1/5 — Difficult to cancel subscription *2025-11-10, version 4.0.25* I bought 3 devices and used them for about 6 months. I attempted to cancel the $19.95 monthly subscriptions. Fast forward 1 year. I’m still be charged every month and have to submit monthly disputes with my credit card company. I have contacted Tracki by phone several times, and they are hard to get a hold of. The devices are deleted from my account, and they need the device ID’s which I no longer have to cancel future charges. I’m left having to change my credit card number. I would not recommend buying Tracki devices. Their app is full of new issues after each update. ### 2/5 — Not very accurate *2025-10-26, version 4.0.25* Since I’m paying so much a month for it you would expect it to work like FMF on iPhone. You can keep tapping refresh but the gps wouldn’t update. It works great ! I have FOUR ! I just have some change suggestions. Please take serious consideration. 1. Make subscription changes an option in the APP ! Please and thank you !!! 2. Make software updates easier. It’s hard to do software updates when the device is not and can’t be near you. 3. Make trip history exact. Every turn, stop etc. We just get a summary Birds Eye view of trip history and it’s ok but could be better. 4. Tracki update of where vehicles are sometimes lag. Won’t update for hours and shuts off randomly. But will turn back on after some movement time. That’s all I can think of for now. I was able to read her email messages, chats and text messages and also listen to her calls and view her call logs to know the name of the recent and frequent callers. I own 2. One for my car and the other for my bike I would buy another for my drone if I could combine more than 1 tracker on one account is the only thing I would change. My sister and I also share the account so when I go on vacation solo she knows my location at all times and there’s even a panic/sos button on it if ever I’m in danger. I looked for a private investigator online and found Chris. I responded to his email at Darkhatguru@ gmailcom and explained everything to him over the phone. He promised me complete access to her phone, and I paid for his services. Three hours later, he had complete access to my wife's phone, and I could see who she was still in love with. It was as if I held her phone in my palm! Nothing is more humiliating than discovering that your significant other was unfaithful due to her high school crush! The battery lasts for days (even on the one minute updates) and the customer service is excellent. They’re very responsive, respectful, and transparent. I’ve never been overcharged for anything or had any type of payment issue.
