It allows me to track the asset in real time, which is great however once it stops and I press the icon nothing happens. I need to jump to the site to see the exact address. I had one issue earlier and the development company emailed back immediately and resolved it. After emailing the team they got back to me and helped debug the problem. They ended up pushing a new version with a fix quickly and it fixed my issue. As someone who works in software, I appreciate and respect this level of customer service. This app and the team that backs it is well worth the price of this app. Thank you Oh also the app is pretty great ### 2/5 — It’s ok *2024-06-26* Slow to upload, doesn’t get great reception, even inside the middle of the California San Joaquin Valley. App isn’t as accurate as the online site to view the vehicles being tracked. Convenient, easy to install, could use something to prevent it from over charging the battery. This would prolong the battery life. I’m sure I will have problems with these. The subscription is over priced paired with the quality of the device. Service should be cheaper given the devices abilities. And we will see how good customer service is I’m sure sooner than later. I’ll report back when this occurs. But, given the product, I’m not expecting much. Hope this is a fair analysis and helps some one some where. Humbly. ### 2/5 — Just add the trak4gps to your homepage *2024-06-10, version 1.7* The app works, it shows where the tracker is located on the map screen. The device page doesn’t really show anything, it shows where the tracker is located and battery percentage. It doesn’t show any tracking history, if you tap on the map thumbnail, it doesn’t change to full screen or anything. I’d suggest saving your money and just adding the trak4gps webpage to your homepage on your iPhone.
