Previously very stable app suddenly doesn’t want to work anymore...deleted the app and went in thru their website no issues...please get it fixed!! Especially during times like these....

Used to work super well. Now all messed up. Reports only in Mandarin, even for shipments from within Malaysia. Reports tracking on some items in the month before the order was placed. Please undo whatever someone thought they were fixing when it was recently messed up!
