I’ve had it for like a day and I am about to return it. It’s the most compact device of all but it seems to not be worth it if accuracy is off by miles ### 5/5 — Incredible team and service! *2023-11-25* We are so incredibly grateful for this service as well as all of the awesome discounts and promotions offered. We just started having our dog Lulu walked but we plan to go to Maui this summer and plan to have someone come stay with our dog in the comfort of our own home while we are out of state and I could not be more grateful for such an amazing service especially since the first time She was walked with Shaina, Lulu responded so well to her and they bonded and that means the world to us to trust someone so much with our dogter as we call her! Shaina is amazing and has a huge heart and I love the updates we get from her while she’s walking our Lulu! As far as we are concerned our TrackiPet walker Shaina is a part of our family now ❤️? ### 5/5 — Easy to use! *2023-11-25* I started with TrackiPet in June 2017. My husband and I have now boarded a lot of pups and have thoroughly enjoyed it. Some complain that the fees are steep, but they fail to factor in the insurance provided that would be MUCH more expensive if they were to 1) have an incident without insurance and get sued or 2) purchase a private plan to have that same protection. If you're in a position to be a boarder, this is a great tool to build clientele. If you are searching for a boarder, this is a great app to find them in your area! ### 5/5 — Active & happy stay for my border collie/lab *2023-11-25* Michael was great with my 40lb dog and he appeared, happy, loved and well cared for when I picked him up. Our prior dog had separation anxiety and could never be alone but we travel quite a bit so we often needed to find pet sitters in other cities. I have met some wonderful people, caring animal lovers, and have managed to find care for my pets during our adventures. Reading the reviews and the details of the pet sitter really counts. The only thing tricky is sometimes I want to chat and get to know the pet sitter a bit before making the booking but TrackiPet doesn’t quite work that way. Not a big deal since there’s a workaround. ### 5/5 — Helps me out *2023-11-24* TrackiPet has helped me out a lot being that I work long hours and my dog hasn’t been handling it well. I like that I can schedule a walker ahead of time or last minute. It has eased a lot of stress for me. My dog has two walkers who are very regular to him and although I have yet to meet them in person, I’ve grown to trust them.I know my dog enjoys his walks and interacting with new people. I no longer have to worry too much about my dog being alone all day and not being able to potty or exercise while I’m stuck at work. A complete scam. The device is not nearly good enough to justify the sneaky monthly charge… but at least the battery lasts 16 minutes. After charging. I regret this purchase. ### 2/5 — Very unreliable *2024-09-08, version 1.0.38* When the app works, it helps us find our pets who like to play tricks and escape the leash. Otherwise, do not rely on this app to let you know when the batteries are low. We charged one tracker and it only took a half charge and the battery was dead in 18 hours. Then our pet took off, and the app said it was at 50% but lost communication with the tracker 4 days ago. Useless to me when I need it on so many occasions. Battery lasts and everything works as promised! ### 5/5 — Great app *2023-11-27* I love working for TrackiPet and I love hanging out with all the dogs, everything about that is fantastic however I do have some constructive criticism. - As many other people have mentioned the walker support is really bad and unhelpful, they take a very long time to get back to you and I feel that they only care about the customer but not the employee. Once a very large bulldog was growling pretty aggressively at me and another time I went to a building only to arrive and find that there was nobody there under that name and the walk had been a scam. Both times I tried to contact support and depending on what could have happened, those could have been unsafe situations, and support did not answer for a very long time both times, and the second time they put me on hold for like ten minutes. There could have been some person there trying to hurt dog walkers that requested a fake walk, and support put me on hold. - You should be able to change the radius of walks that are visible in the app. I know you can restrict notifications but opening the app and seeing a bunch of beautiful huskies and German shepherds that are all 10 miles away is so sad. Profession, kind, loving walkers! ### 5/5 — 30 minutes walk was 15 minutes and no walk *2023-11-25* Let me start with I have a camera on my front door. I Paid for 3 days for 30 minutes walk. Dog walker arrived 15 minutes late. Walked my dog in my yard and left 15 minutes later. Then text me 15 minutes later that she just left. I texted the walker later saying I want to cancel for the two other days. I was hit with $18 cancellation fee. First and my last time using this app if you are out of town you really have no clue if you getting what you paying for unless there is a camera. The walker had the most reviews in my area all 5 stars!
