Apparently I had never signed up with my email and the data is saved on th server or something. Either at their engineer was able to find my data and link it to my new account. Both praise for their team fixing this. Upgraded my phone, did a full wireless transfer and everything was secured across dozens of apps… except for this one. Hugely disappointed. Lost literally years of data on multiple custom trackers. **Developer response:** Your data isn’t lost since everything is saved to the cloud using your account. Recently I got a new phone, and when I try to turn on syncing with my Apple account, I get an error message that says: An Error Has Occurred. This credential is already associated with a different user account. Can we please get an update that tracks other metrics such as median, mode, etc. it would help understand the data better. It’s just a nice simple tracker BUT with the latest update, everything is gone - EVERYTHING!!! Please fix this ASAP. Along the way, Trackit lost all my years of data and it was not recoverable. The app had grown to nearly 500GB in size. All other important apps I have are running fine. I also wanted to see a graph trend over time and this has been the only app I can find that will do this so thanks! My biggest recommendation is to enable graphing of multiple data sets on the same graph. (I.e., I’d like to see the trend of my stress management, sleep quality, etc. all together over time rather than clicking on their individual graphs) ### 5/5 — Daily tracking with weekly & monthly *2024-05-21* Omg finally! This app lets me track my essential daily habits.. like when did I last shower? Floss? Vacuum the house? It shows it on a weekly basis at the basic level but once you click that task it also shows you how many times you did it the past month! However it is lacking in features and the updates are slow. If the developer would implement a few of the requested features with 100+ upvotes this app would get the full 5 stars. ### 4/5 — Dealbreaker - Lack of an integrated Calendar *2024-02-16* Comparably to other tracking apps, this one gets 2nd place. The option types for customizable trackers are Num, Time, Completion. This honestly should be the bare minimum for all those other apps . The dealbreaker was the lack of an integrated calendar between trackers. Makes it hard to review progress in an overall way. Make it hard to analyze relation between habits. I entered my ratings and stats the first day. The second day, it wouldn’t advance - meaning I was looking at yesterday’s info and couldn’t enter today’s. That was two weeks ago and despite requesting help nothing has changed. If you want unlimited trackers it’s either a subscription or CAD $59.99(!!) for a “lifetime” license (whatever that means. It’s not perpetual). It’s beyond my understanding why an app with such a tiny scope is this expensive. The terms of use are also very clearly stating that they collect your data and provide it to third parties. Don’t download. **Developer response:** The app is run by a single indie developer. I have to price the app in a way that makes sustained development feasible. The app doesn’t collect any personal data. All data collection is for diagnostics and is done by industry standard 3rd party tools. No personal data is sold or even collected. ### 1/5 — Absolute Best Tracking App! *2025-03-09* Transferring the information from this app to another device appears to be impossible! **Developer response:** All your data should show up on your new device as long as you’re signed into the same account on both devices. You only get one graph for free ### 1/5 — Unable to restore my purchase *2022-01-10* I haven’t really been able to use the app. I paid for the premium upgrade on my iPad. When I installed the app to my iPhone and tried to restore my premium purchase, the app stays in a perpetual loading wheel. I have also been unable to get help from the publisher since the support contact link in the App Store leads to a dead end. The best tracker is the one you actually use and the one you actually use is the simplest to use. The latest update provides the ability to overlay/compare 2 different tracked items so you can see any correlation easily.
