Very limited on what criteria you can add.  Won’t let you add in odd amounts of grams and also very vague foods. Won’t let you scan a container for true accuracy.  Not very good.

The app is very basic. You can search for food and that does help to calculate food intake. It's also possible to enter the details manually. It will not transfer data to other apps, but it can be installed on old phones. Bottom line, it does a great job for people who just want to calculate calories.
