## What is Trackizy Staff?

Trackizy Staff is the field companion for teams that run on Trackizy — drivers, couriers, inspectors, security patrols, and every worker your operation depends on. Sign in with just your phone number and a one-time code; there is nothing to configure and no password to forget.

YOUR DAY ON ONE SCREEN
• Today dashboard: stops, shift status, routes and alerts at a glance
• Clock in and out with location-stamped attendance
• Start and end shifts with one tap

WORK ORDERS THAT RUN THEMSELVES
• See every stop on your route with addresses, contacts, and one-tap calling
• Hand off navigation to Google Maps, Waze, or Apple Maps
• Capture proof of delivery: photos, signatures, and notes
• Failed a stop? Record the reason in seconds
• Automatic arrival detection completes stops for you (when your organization enables it)

BUILT FOR REAL FIELD CONDITIONS
• Offline-tolerant: actions queue when you lose coverage and sync when you're back
• Works in English, Arabic, and Kurdish with full right-to-left support
• Weather and dust awareness for outdoor work — see conditions and air quality where you are

SAFETY FIRST
• A fixed SOS button on every screen sends your live location to your managers
• Check in on demand so your team knows you're OK
• Alerts keep you informed of anything your organization flags for you

STAY IN SYNC
• Team chat with photos, locations, and voice notes
• Push notifications for new work, alerts, and messages
• A personal scorecard that shows your completed work, punctuality, and distance covered

YOUR LOCATION, YOUR SHIFT
Trackizy Staff shares your location with your employer only while you are clocked in for work, including in the background while a work shift is active. Off shift, tracking stops.

Trackizy Staff requires a staff account provisioned by an organization that uses the Trackizy platform. Ask your manager to add your phone number, then sign in. Learn more at https://trackizy.com

Fixes and improvements.

### 1.3.0 — 2026-09-21

• Forms now record when you opened them and where you were, so your manager's report shows how long each visit took — even when you fill the form offline.
• Photos attached to forms are uploaded reliably, and you can take them with the camera or pick from your gallery.
• Forms filled without signal keep the real time and place and sync later.
• Fixes and performance improvements.
