I stumbled on this while looking for a way to strip tracking junk from URLs before sharing. Works exactly as promised - just share a link through it and the trackers are gone. Simple, does one thing well. The Safari extension makes it seamless, I barely think about it anymore. Worth every rupee.

This app handles some tracking. However, it would be more helpful to handle others like awstrack.me that encode the target URL. Including URL decoding for that portion of the link would make this app very useful.

**Developer response:** Thanks for the suggestion - this is now implemented. Version 4.3.2 resolves redirector links that carry the destination inside the URL, including awstrack.me, and then cleans any tracking left on that destination. Enable it under Settings > Tweaks > Bypass common redirectors. The update is on its way to the App Store. If a link still does not resolve after updating, write to support@alexloth.com with the example and we will look at it.

Entfernt zuverlässig Tracking-Parameter aus Links. Richtig gut finde ich aber die Funktion, Seiten direkt in Web-Archiven wie die Wayback Machine zu öffnen. So kann man eine Seite prüfen, ohne sie selbst besuchen zu müssen - sehr praktisch und gut für die Privatsphäre. Integriert sich super im Menü von Safari. Einfach ein nützliches Tool.

- IMPROVED: Clearer status messages throughout the Credibility tab, now in every supported language.
- IMPROVED: The Pro upgrade section now explains how App Store bundle pricing works.
- FIXED: In Safari's extension list, the Pro extension now carries its own name and icon, and its popup and on-page credibility badge name the right app too.
- NEW: The Credibility tab now links straight to the CRED-1 research paper, next to the existing GitHub link.

Credibility data is checked and applied entirely on your device. As always, nothing about your browsing leaves it.

- IMPROVED: Bypass common redirectors now works reliably. Links that carry their destination inside the URL - Facebook, Reddit, Google, LinkedIn, Outlook Safe Links and AWS click tracking - are resolved on your device, and any tracking left on the destination is cleaned in the same step.
- IMPROVED: The Safari extension popup and its name in Safari settings are now available in German, Spanish, French, Italian, Japanese, Korean and Chinese.

Opaque short links are deliberately left alone: resolving those would mean contacting the shortening service before you do. As always, everything happens on your device.

Trackless Links 4.3.1 fixes a technical issue that prevented some messages from reaching us.

If you sent us feedback or a support request through the app and never got a reply, we are sorry - it did not arrive. Please send it again. This time it will reach us, and we answer every one.

The new Amazon redirect rule is off by default. You can enable it anytime in Settings > Redirects.
