App will not even open now. Too many glitches.

Downloaded this app at the request of my healthcare provider and I am not impressed. Tried to recover my password, impossible! The app never sends an email to reset password, no matter how many times you click the forgot password. No reply in chat either. I finally had to go online and was able to reset my password, by receiving an email with temporary password. Hopefully, using the app will be easier.
