Refresh, Nearby and End Round no longer come up. Need to use my phone for that. Any way to fix that ASAP? I even upgraded to paid version right away which gives yuh a 7 day trial. Went to course next day and it get starting it was not connected? The watch was ok but wouldn’t start because it needed to connect with the phone. This is insane. Had data on , kept wanting me to start playing the course close to my house where I downloaded it. Location services and data was on. Useless when yuh must pay and fight it out between a watch and a phone. Hinzu kommt nach dem Update auf IOS 14 und WatchOS 7, dass auf der Uhr die Entfernungsangaben -soweit überhaupt aktuell (s.O.) - nur noch in Yards erfolgen, eine Änderungsmöglichkeit in den Einstellungen ist verschwunden. Ich nutze die App soweit möglich zur Erfassung des Scores und zum Erkennen der Entferungen. Idk what’s happened as of late, but the gps always tells me I’m some 5k feet away from the hole I’m on. Then I have to switch to the previous hole and back to current to get app to pick up my current location. Very inconvenient when your on the course and are walking. Just more time your not thinking about the next shot because your getting frustrated trying to fix app to see how far away you are. Je me suis rendu compte que tous les parcours ne sont pas à jour, qu’il est impossible de modifier les marqueurs de départ, même des trous qui n’existe pas ou plus! Then, installed it on my iwatch as a range finder. If I went to one course, it would find a different course. Four times in a row, I could not get the app to find the course I was at. I emailed Track My Golf several times. No response. Finally I threw in the towel and asked for a refund. Of course, no response. When at the club, app located the course after signing in. However, watch wouldn’t let me start round as it said I had to be signed in on my phone, which I was! Tried signing out and back in again but no different. Gave up on watch for this round and thought I’d just try app on phone. Didn’t auto advance to next hole and distances inaccurate by up to 20 yards. In the past the support was good but not anymore. After switching phones my iPhone and Apple Watch will not work on the course and all my data is gone. I submitted multiple tickets and called them. Only once did they respond (after 3 days) the response was the Apple password is flakey and doesn’t work with the app and to reset the email password. So I tried NUMEROUS times and NO reset password is sent. It’s now been 7 days and still no HELP!!! I have die everything I can on my end. I want my money back !!!
