## What is TrackMyOffice?

TrackMyOffice is a complete employee management platform 
for small and medium businesses. Organizations can register 
directly through the app and our team will review and 
activate the account, typically within 24 hours.

The platform supports multiple roles — Company Admin, 
Site Admin, HR, Manager, and Employee — each with 
appropriate access levels and permissions.

COMPANY ADMIN FEATURES

- Create and manage multiple office sites
- Real-time dashboard showing all employees with 
  check-in, check-out times and work status
- View each employee's attendance history, upcoming 
  schedule, and event calendar
- Approve or reject new user registrations
- Approve employee leave requests and work log 
  submissions through a hierarchy-based approval flow
- Monthly and daily attendance reports with total 
  working hours, leave summaries, and attendance 
  percentage per employee
- Download monthly timesheets for the entire site 
  or individual employees
- Create and manage teams, roles, designations, 
  shifts, leave types, and external users
