I don’t recommend this app. This was very complicated for our guests who are not tech savvy. Even though they are tech savvy after a long they didn’t want to deal with the app

I was disappointed with this tracking app. Despite its promise, it's not user-friendly, requiring both guests and staff to be tech-savvy. We didn't see a reduction in calls after implementing the link-sharing feature. In fact, guests still panic and call the hotel as soon as the shuttle arrives at the airport, thinking they've missed it.

The app failed to meet our needs, and we canceled our subscription before the end of the free one-month trial. For effective shuttle tracking, I recommend exploring alternative options like Bouncie Tracking App.

Awesome tracking application.

The real-time tracking is genuinely accurate—guests can see exactly when their shuttle is arriving, which has dramatically reduced "where's my shuttle?" calls

Clean, intuitive interface that required minimal training for our drivers.

The analytics and travel time reporting help us optimize routes and identify bottlenecks we didn't even know existed
Integration was straightforward and their team was responsive throughout onboarding.
