## What is TRACKOFIT?

What are we?
An application for tracking your fitness and health goals

For Athletes:
You can search for a coach based on your fitness requirements, interact, communicate, seek feedback on your planned workouts. Create, Sync workouts to your fitness devices and check progress made.

For Coaches:
Define your plans, interact with your athletes, assign plans to athletes on a weekly basis, Define training zones per athlete, view their progress made and compliance with each workout prescribed.
