Trying to get money back from them. Since the management is refusing even talking to me, I found and talked to a lawyer and he said he can take care of the case, but it is not worth for me to hire him by myself to get such "small" amount back ( we got just 10 devices) . So I'm looking for more people who have same issue where you signed the contract with this "service provider", the devices didn't work, they charged you fees without providing the service and now demanding even more money to cancel the account even thou the elds don't work anymore... There is a legal way to get our money back.
