## What is Trackr?

Trackr is the field companion for process-serving, repossession, and debt-collection agencies — built so agents can log evidence in the moment, not reconstruct it back at the office.

FOR FIELD AGENTS
• Log every attempt with a timestamp and GPS location captured automatically
• Attach photos straight from the camera to the job file
• Record vehicle condition and repossession details on the spot
• Run financial assessment interviews in the field
• See only the jobs assigned to you — across every agency you work for

STAYS IN SYNC WITH THE OFFICE
• Notes marked client-visible sync straight through, no re-typing
• Route planner helps you sequence visits efficiently
• Everything you log is available to the office immediately

FOR AGENCY OWNERS AND STAFF
• Track each job's full history: attempts, repo reports, financial assessments, and notes
• Generate polished client reports directly from the job record
• Create and send invoices, with mileage suggestions based on logged attempts
• Connect Xero to keep invoicing and payment status in sync
• Role-based access keeps client contacts, agents, and staff seeing only what they should

BUILT FOR HOW THIS WORK ACTUALLY HAPPENS
Trackr accounts for agents who work across multiple agencies and clients who work with more than one agency, with tight access controls around sensitive data. Hosted in New Zealand.

GETTING STARTED
Trackr requires an active agency subscription — sign up at trackr-app.co.nz. Once your agency is set up, invite your agents and client contacts: they use the app at no cost, however many jobs or agencies they work across.

### 1.2 — 2026-09-17

You can now set up your coverage areas right from the app. Add each area you work, pick it from the map so we can match you to nearby jobs, and set your fee for repossession, process-service, debt-collection, and investigation work separately. Find it under Profile, or set it up as part of getting started if you're a new agent.

### 1.1 — 2026-09-17

Added the Trackr logo to the sign-in screen. Bug fixes and improvements.

### 1.0 — 2026-09-15
