Design System

All colors now use semantic design tokens, no more raw color values anywhere in the codebase
Typography and spacing fully defined using the golden ratio and exposed as semantic tokens
Component overhaul: reusable parts extracted into standalone components, each with proper variants
All animations now define an in, out, and in-out state, capped at 300ms
New: Opening animation and theme selection (light / dark) on first app launch

Feedback and Interactions

Instant UI feedback at 0ms on tap, synced at 300ms, automatic rollback with a toast notification on failure
Adding, removing, and editing media is now deferred: the action is immediate in the UI while the backend processes it in the background
New loading rules: skeleton after 300ms (known shape), spinner for short waits, progress bar for longer loads. Nothing shown under 200ms
Improved dropdowns: 48px touch target, clear caret icon, hover feedback, opens upward, 150ms animation
Collection view: sorting, filtering, and cards brought up to the same standard as the My list view

New: Graceful handling of the AniList API temporarily disabled error, the app stays usable and informs the user
