## What is Trackside Promoter?

Turn your phone into an extension of Trackside.   Trackside Promoter helps you manage your event by giving you a window into Trackside from your phone or tablet where you can update racer info, transfer racers to different classes, provide real-time staging/race order/gate pick info to your staging personnel, and info your race announcers can use.

### 2.12 — 2026-07-16

New "TSC Offline" mode - if you have valid credentials on the system you can now look up AMA info and scan for TR2 transponders without needing an instance of "Trackside Communicator" running. 
With AMA lookup you can scan an AMA member's QR code (on the back of new cards), you can scan the card itself, input an AMA number manually, or search for a member.
TR2 scanning - you can now scan for MyLaps TR2 transponders, check their battery charge level, subscription status, etc.

### 2.10 — 2026-07-15
