For many years I have used multiple digital stopwatches to time all of my athletes at practice. At first I was skeptical about using this app instead of my stopwatches, but now I time all of my workouts using this app. I recommend practicing with the volume buttons before you try it during a workout. Once you get the hang of the app it is much easier to manage all of the groups and all of the times save automatically. Surprised it is free to be honest
