TrackYaTradie is project management designed for Australian trade businesses. Track jobs, manage your crew, and stay on top of costs — all from your phone.

TRACK YOUR PROJECTS
Keep all your jobs organised in one place. Set start and end dates, monitor progress, and see estimated vs actual costs at a glance. Weekend working days are configurable per project.

MANAGE YOUR TEAM
Assign tradies to jobs, log hours per day with full date tracking, and see who's working where. Tradies can log their own hours and view assigned tasks directly from the app.

KNOW YOUR NUMBERS
Track labour costs, supply costs, and checklist expenses. See estimated and actual profit in real-time across all your projects, with detailed cost breakdowns per tradie.

CHECKLISTS & TEMPLATES
Create reusable checklist templates for common jobs. Assign due dates, track costs per item, attach photos, and see who completed each task.

TASK MANAGEMENT
Assign tasks directly to individual tradies — independent of projects. Set due dates, add notes, and attach photos. Tradies can view and complete their tasks from the My Tasks tab.

CALENDAR VIEW
See project start dates, due dates, and checklist deadlines on a colour-coded calendar. Plan ahead and never double-book your crew.

TEAM ROLES
Owner, Admin, and Tradie roles with appropriate access levels. Admins get the same access as owners (except they can't modify the owner). Tradies see only their assigned work.

Invoicing is here. Build an invoice on your phone, preview the exact PDF your client receives, and email it with your bank details and a pay-online link. Turn an accepted quote into an invoice with one tap, or start from scratch.

One-off job? Create the project right from the invoice screen - it lands on your dashboard with the job value already set.

- New: Clients tab - add and manage clients without leaving the app
- Set your pay cycle (weekly or fortnightly) and your crew sees My Hours This Pay Period on their dashboard
- Assign checklist tasks to specific crew members - they show up in My Tasks

You can now view Timesheets from directly within the App! 
You can select a custom date-range or pick one of our pre-set filters to view exactly how many hours your Tradies worked and how much they cost you in that given period.
This is available from the Tradies menu or from pressing on the Dashboard directly.

We now allow attachments directly against a project! Make them Private or Public to determine whether Tradies can view them.
