## Most critical reviews (5 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — Need Improvements

*2017-08-03, version 2016.6.28*

This app need so much of improvements.

### 1/5 — Lost Part of my Order.

*2015-05-04, version 1.0.9*

The app itself is simple, easy to use & convenient. However, when I submitted my order it showed 82 cases sent but Reinhart only received an order for 61 cases. I found this out when the delivery was missing several items. Now we have to scramble to get the rest of my order here asap. No matter how easy to use it is, I can never trust the app enough to ever use it again. Too bad.

### 2/5 — Needs work

*2015-01-01, version 1.0.7*

Sorting doesn't show sub categories, it would also be nice to use my par list in the app. Everything else works.

### 4/5 — Works great. One minor issue

*2015-04-30, version 1.0.9*

The app works great. It very convenient however please make it let you know if there is a stop ship on the order. The app hasn't let me know before and I missed an order

### 5/5 — Why aren't you using this app?

*2015-10-31, version 1.0.10*

The only answer could be that you didn't know it existed, or maybe that your food rep didn't tell you about it. I felt compelled to write a review for this app because since I started using it about 2 months ago, it has become indispensable to my weekly order. That there are no other reviews tells me that not many people use it, which I think is a shame. It saves time from manually going down a checklist for inventory and then either entering it in a computer separately or having your sales rep do it. Once you have your product list pretty well nailed down, if you tend to order more or less the same things week to week, all you have to do is walk around with your phone and scroll through your list to place your order. Very simple. Anyone can do it. I would say this has saved me half an hour every week. There's no access to some of the more advanced functions you get on the desktop website, but I think that's fine actually because all that would do is bulk up and complicate the app. For 95% of your orders, this is all you need.
