So they say downoad this studio which then puts you throug a loop of purchases but the video that you purchased isn't there. 3 hours later I can't find my content. Imagine if iphones were shipped with 3 hours of trying to figure out set up? This is so 1990s tech. The abandonement rate must be so high with this company. Lost $$$ bc customers are irritated.
