However, I am now suddenly unable to use Apple play anymore. It only plays sound. No video. I hope it can be fixed soon! ### 3/5 — Love the workout; new app has lots of bugs *2025-02-03* I love Tracy’s workouts, but the new version of the app has a few glitches that are frustrating. Any time I pause the app for longer than a few seconds, it randomly skips ahead way further into the workout & I have to go back and try to find where I was before pausing. It also occasionally wipes out all of my favorited workouts and downloads. Also really appreciate the ability to download a video for when I’m working out in a location with no WiFi. However the settings toggle to prevent autoplay of the next video does not stay selected and the “Live” section includes just a few of the actual live classes — very odd omissions. I’ve never used the favorites feature so can’t speak to that. I can’t find it in Apple TV. It glitches on my phone making it really hard to complete workouts. Does the TA team realize there are programs that are $20/month with excellent apps! This doesn’t show any of the videos you’ve purchased. For example, if you’ve purchased any metamorphosis or continuity videos, they don’t appear in this all. Can we please add this function! I wish I could download those videos I bought, or at least view them in the app. ### 1/5 — Crooks with No Customer Service *2022-12-14, version 1.1.0* Customer service representative Meg was more worried about making a quick buck rather than relations being maintained between TAM and the public. I emailed back and forth with this company and explain to them that my download of the app was accidental and they would not refund me my $96.30 which was the difference between my account being overdrafted or not. ### 1/5 — Not worth it *2022-11-27, version 1.1.0* I currently don’t have a space to do this workout other than the Zumba room in my gym and was hoping I could follow this workout from my phone. You can’t expand the workout so when I lay my phone against a chair, I can’t see Tracy because she’s also far away from her own camera. I can only do the mat exercises. The app also freezes when I try to skip toward the mat exercises and I didn’t even get to do the workout. Very frustrating when your motivated to workout and can’t even utilize a 100$ workout program you just bought. The quality on her Instagram is way better than the app. Unfortunately, I’ll be cancelling this subscription. I’m not sure why you can’t expand the screen. It’s meant to be hooked up to a smart TV. I’ve followed many workouts on YouTube or even Instagram, like Ashleigh Jordan and can actually see the workout. ### 2/5 — Doesn’t work with apple play *2022-09-05, version 1.1.0* All my apps steam with apple play on my TV but this doesn’t - can’t use it till this issue gets fixed. Please fix and don’t ignore app issues otherwise you’ll lose users! ### 2/5 — Needs major updates *2022-08-15* I love the actual workout/TA method. However, for the price of the subscription, the app simply does not match up. It is very difficult to navigate and very impersonal. For example, doesn’t keep track of classes I’ve taken, doesn’t record history, etc. If using just a phone as the streaming device, the videos in class are extremely hard to see and not great quality. For a pricey $90 monthly membership, I would expect an investment to go toward improving the user experience. ### 1/5 — A million online workouts, skip this one *2025-07-24* The workouts are okay but after a few months will overdevelop your gluteus medius and give you more exaggerated hip dips. Also, if you pause the service, they will resume billing you without sending any sort of receipts or communication at all. Then when you realize they have taken $630 out of our account without as much as a single email (wouldn’t want to remind the person they’re paying for a service they haven’t touched in months!), they’ll refuse to help. It’s fun to do, works muscles and creates unique movements that no one else does and keeps me engaged with the new lessons each week. I cannot believe how much better I feel. It’s a workout for sure, but it is how it changes you off the mat that is so interesting. You don’t see it coming and then one day you pass up the toxic food or you disengage from the drama and you realize that she has changed you for real. Deeply. Inside and out. Emotionally. It’s my most prioritized self care activity now. It’s not just exercise, it’s truly self care. Looking forward to 60 now, instead of dreading it.
