## What is Tradcara?

Tradcara is your personal tune book for Irish traditional music. Build your repertoire, track what's session ready and what's gone rusty on every instrument, get tunes up to speed by ear, and put together the sets you play at sessions. Local-first and private by design.

KNOW YOUR REPERTOIRE
• For each instrument, mark tunes as known, learning, or want-to-learn. Known tunes return to your practice queue when they need refreshing.
• Save your comfortable tempo and confidence.
• Keep the setting you actually play.

PRACTISE TUNES UP TO SPEED
• Hear any tune played back from its ABC and learn it by ear.
• Slow it right down, then bring it back up and loop the whole tune, or drill a section, a line, or a single bar until it's under your fingers.
• Add a metronome with a simple or traditional feel to lock in your timing.
• Log your practice as your repertoire grows.

BUILD SETS FOR SESSIONS
• Group tunes into the sets and set lists you play at sessions and classes.
• Share sets and set lists by QR code, link or file. No account needed.
• Publish a set list for other players to follow and share updates when it changes.

A HUGE OFFLINE CATALOGUE TO DRAW FROM
• Search thousands of traditional tunes, including reels, jigs, hornpipes and more. Completely offline.
• Filter by type and key, sort by popularity, and add tunes straight to your book.
• Add your own custom tunes and include them in the sets you build and share.
• Paste or import a tune list, review matches, and continue later without losing your progress.
