I purchased the premium for 1 year and it does not allow me to see the premium stocks or options. I contacted the customer service email about my issue 3 months ago and no one got back to me even thought I paid for the premium for a year.

Charged me $49.99 and $79.99 for trial version. It says one month premium trial but it’s a big SCAM. Don’t fall for it.

I picked the first month free trial but still they charged me the $49.99. Also, be aware of the very poor customer service and the lack of willingness to help or support new customers. They have very unprofessional staff (seems like one person company) that replied my email and it came from a gmail account email which confirmed the lack of professionalism. Just submitted a refund request with Apple.

Signed up for premium - first off it calls it a trial - but wait it doesn’t - they misspelled “trial” as “trail” so no it’s not a trial it’s the full 49.99 a month when you go to “try” it.  Tried it anyways, thinking it would unlock the premium features - but no - they want another $79.99 a month on top of that for options features!!
INSANE and misleading. The app implies the premium price includes everything - until you sign up for it. This is very very shady.

I’ve got this app for a month now and mostly losses.. it would send you some calls/puts options in which most would not go in the money. Worst of it all is that they have a history of how their trades go and even if they went negative they’ll show a positive closing as if we didn’t just follow the trade step by step and experience the lost or can’t go to the stock n check ourselves since the dates are also included. today I decided to give a one star rate since I also catch them changing a buying call option they added today 9:30 am to start buying from .90 entrance n get out at “4.12” and now 3 hrs later around 12 pm they changed it to .50 entrance and all in the same day 🤯🗑👎 I’m out. btw I spend around $1k on multiple options and now I’m left with $150 🙃

So I was subscribed to this and last subscription renewal was on august 5th. I updated the app on aug 15th and now I can’t access the premium features. Also they increased the subscription by 2x. But atleast I should have been able to access for the month I am already charged for. No response to the email sent. Disappointed.

I bought the app and one week later it stopped working. Support what support the support button in the app does not work. I have written to the email support with photo documentation showing the app has froze. I have not heard back after several days. BEWARE

They advertise $49.99 all inclusive- stocks, options and crypto.  But once I paid $ 49.99, they demand $299 for options and $ 199 for crypto.   My emails are not answered.  The stock signals are vague and poor.  Very disappointed. I am canceling after wasting my money and time for a month.  The only thing I got from them is a prompt updated newsfeed, which is not worth $49.99

If you are having thought wether to buy this subscription or not. This is the sign to not purchase it. I paid for the subscription just for the app to tell me to pay for the subscription again. The customer service you may ask? Worst customer service ever they don’t even reply to me to arrange the issue. So, please do not buy this service. I would rather you go on Amazon purchase a book about market and then start studying.

This looks like a scam as they are not even providing a single trade for customers to look at. And they just show random data on their app for customers to believe that they did for $37. 
I would pay if that’s around $0.99/month.

They don’t give closing signals on losers.  On each trade They claim the lowest buy price, whether or not the option could even be bought that day at that price.  They claim the highest possible sell price, even though it’s above their target sell price.
They claim 5-10 signals per week. You get two.  Needless to say, I’m canceling.

I wasn't expecting too much but thesignals are actually decent. I made my $50 back within the first signal. Made about 5 successful trades so far. The only thing I would like to see changed is a better interface and more daily notifications. I also like the watchlist and market analysis function within the app. However, everytime I open the app it is a little bit lagging for loading the signals. In conclusion, decent signals but interface could use work.

‎It is the best trading software out there, if you're into stocks, futures etc. No other platform offers modeling and analysis of analysis on this scale, and many of the features are exclusive. For income stocks trading, the \"analyze\" section allows me to graph complex options positions before I place them, expand time frames, change Vol and Price going forward, and track Greeks. It's like stocks alerter on steroids. Wish they had a more friendly backtesting system, but you can\'t have everything.   ‏

‎I trade with Wedbush, IBTWS and STOCK ALERT. WBSH for colo stuff, IB for foreign exchanges, and STOCK ALERT for listed US stock swing ideas. I can trade from anywhere on my S5 or iPad with LTE. TWS is a nightmare for opening a position when building a fly or back spread. I can hit a template, change strikes and execute a complex order in about 10 seconds with stock alerter. A similar order with IB mobile trader would take a minute or more. Yes, they run $0.25 more per car than my IB rate, but worth every penny. My COB order are filled quicker as well.‌ ‎

‏I have used this app for roughly 1 year. I started my investments my first year of college, and this app has really helped me grow the money I have put in. You can have total control over all of your investments as well as setting alerts to help you choose when to buy or sell to maximize profitability. The security of the app is great, even blacking out all money balances whenever you are not actively in the app (like when you are seeing the window of the app). Over all, this is a great app to help you easily access your stock portfolio without having to log on with your computer. Great features, I highly recommend.  ‌​

‍I’m new to this, but i can’t say enough good things about this platform. it is a lot to take in being new, it can do so many things it can be overwhelming. I have been just taking my time to learn it and am feeling a lot more comfortable with this stock platform. (It’s awesome!!)
That being said, the watchlist side of it seems to have some bugs. It looks like it gets mixed up between (delayed and real-time data) where it executes orders wrong.  This can be a little frustrating when your trying to learn the platform. 
I would also like to give a huge shout out to stock alert, you guys have been an absolute pleasure to deal with. Thank you!

I was offered a 1 month for free in the app and when I go subscribe there is no 1 month for free. I was charged a full amount. Also contact button doesn’t work I don’t know if it’s on purpose every other button works so I guess they don’t have customer support so I can’t reach out about that. I will have to see the accuracy of the app over time

If you are paying $35 per month for an app, you should be able to get that in return if not more!! But this app is not it and in my opinion it is not worth the money. I will use it if it’s $1.
