I expected Chicago seriously we show everyone how it’s done. ### 2/5 — Supply House Location *2025-02-05, version 4.1.12* The only thing I like about the app is that I can see average pay rate in my area, which is nice. The main reason I got the app was to find supply house locations when I’m not in my usual work area. It only show supply houses in Texas which I assume is where the app started. Now my whole company has this app. ### 5/5 — Best app ever for tradesmen *2022-06-03* Let’s start with saying how easy the app is to use, on top of that if you ever want to experience what another trades go through. They have amazing giveaways that are absolutely free to enter and they’re very personalized, I won a giveaway and got a personalized text message telling me how the process works. Being able to show your work, receive likes, good comments and also criticism can help us to be better at what we do! As a user of the app I would like to upload several photos in the same post as well as being able to tag other people. I’ve used this app for 5 years now, it’s gone straight down hill. I’ve sent messages to customer support several times in the last year, I have yet to get a reply. Zero stars! ### 1/5 — Not a fan *2020-11-07, version 2.5.1* I wasn’t cool with giving them my phone number right off the rip but I figured what the hell and put in my company work phone number, then after getting signed up they want our address so they can send us a hard hat sticker. No thanks. It feels to me that this app is just a way for us to give out our information willingly so they can sell it or try to sell us stuff. My gut tells me that this is just a phishing app and I always go with my gut. ### 2/5 — app problems *2026-02-26, version 5.1.2* app worked for a day and now crashes every time i open it i've already tried to update it and restarting my phone is no help dev help requested ### 2/5 — What about inspection *2025-06-25, version 4.3.4* Thought this app would be helpful but what about inspectors and rope access technicians I shoot X-ray and do thickness testing In a refinery I know inspection isn’t very well known about but it’s one of the only trades you only need a GED for and can make as much or more than a doctor. Sure we are non union but we’re still blue collar and can still make a killing. You can subscribe to other trades, electricians,plumbers,drywall, truck drivers, hvac, drywall, field service technicians you name it. The wealth of knowledge and the willingness of people to help you if your in a jam is amazing! By far one of the best features is the ability to compare your pay to other people in your field to make sure that you’re being paid fairly. Tradehounds is one of the coolest websites I’ve seen on the web! The community is very outgoing,interesting,no in app advertisements, or wallet driven. Instead it is the opposite they have cool contests,giveaways,surveys,and even test your brain a little to keep you on your feet! Tradehounds is one of my favorite apps. You should come and join up and share your hard work with us. Always been a big fan of Klein tools so it made sense to join. Many other tradespeople share their work, knowledge, and experience, so there is a lot of ways to improve your craft on here. They also offer many giveaways. Just found out yesterday I won $1,000 in tools just by sharing a video using my favorite Klein tool.
