## What is Trade Journal?

Why did you buy that stock? Do you still remember?
Stock Principles is a trading journal and stock diary. Record the reasons and emotions behind every buy and sell, review your trades with AI, and turn what you learn into your own trading rules.

The moment you chased a stock that had already soared.
The moment fear of a loss made you break your own rule.
The moment you sold, and only then asked yourself why.
When you write it down in your trading journal, you can look back at your decisions honestly.

■ A trade journal that keeps your reasons
• Keep buy, hold, and sell records for each stock in one place.
• Log your mindset at entry, your answer to each rule, and chart screenshots.
• While holding, note emotions such as conviction, anxiety, impatience, fear, or greed, along with your plan.
• Record why you sold and whether you followed your rules.

■ A daily trading diary
• Write a one-line review, what went well, and what to improve.
• Add notes and photos to remember the market context.
• Build a trade-by-trade log and a day-by-day diary side by side.

■ AI trade review
• AI reads your recent journal entries and reflections, then evaluates your rules, rule compliance, and review notes.
• See the behavioral biases that show up in your records and the actions to improve.
• Save suggested actions as rules and check them before your next trade.

■ Trading psychology and behavioral finance
• Learn how cognitive biases, emotions, and herd behavior shape investment decisions.
• Reflect on FOMO, impulsive trades, loss aversion, and confirmation bias through your own trades.
• Bookmark articles and keep your own notes.

■ Your trading rules and checklists
• Write rules and checklists for buying, selling, and waiting.
• Start from the principles and quotes of legendary investors and adapt them to your style.
• Turn experience notes into rules with AI and refine them as you keep journaling.

■ Macro dashboard and market context
• Check the Fear & Greed index, VIX, US Dollar Index, 10Y–2Y yield spread, oil, gold, and more on one screen.
• Use market cycle theories to think about the current phase and note today's view.
• Group stocks by theme and save the articles and insights you want to keep.

Made for investors who want to
• keep a consistent stock trading journal and buy/sell log
• review impulsive trades and stop-losses they did not keep
• apply trading psychology to their own habits

Turn the same regret into a rule for your next trade.
Start your trading journal with today's trade.

Stock Principles supports record keeping and learning. It does not recommend stocks, place orders, or guarantee investment returns. Market data is for reference only and may be delayed. AI trade review and AI rule generation use in-app credits, which you can also earn through daily check-ins and rewarded ads.
