Now it’s just meh. It crashes every 2-3 minutes using Apple IOS. I can’t display my watch listed properties on a map view, and the map view is regularly missing from search results. The app also needs to bring in more filtering tools. Age of the house, number of garage parks. Plenty of info is collected and available on each property. Disappointing ### 2/5 — Flood maps goneburgers? *2026-05-15, version 268.0* Was enjoying the recent re-investment in the property app with a few convenient features being added over the last year, unfortunately the extremely useful flood maps appear to be gone in the most recent versions, really missing these 😢 ### 3/5 — Watchlists not seen *2026-03-10, version 259.0* I can't see my list of watchlisted items whenever I tried adding one after the latest update. It is too hard on my medical issues ### 3/5 — This app was better before all the updates *2025-10-08, version 241.0* This app has got progressively worse. Look at the most recent reviews. The updates are progressively making things worse. Here’s the things to fix 1. Everything is .slow to load. 2. If you’re in your watchlist and click to a view a property then return it takes you right back to the beginning of the watchlist instead of keeping your place. This happens in alpha sorting and viewing time sorting. Such a pain in the neck. 3. Viewing videos on landscape takes too many clicks. They should automatically show on full screen and switch to landscape when you rotate the screen instead of having to click multiple times. The YouTube ones you only have to click a couple of times but Bayleys and other embedded videos you have to fiddle around clicking little arrows and expanding the video and rotating it. 4. The app is cluttered. It needs to be SIMPLIFIED. Get rid of all the pop ups and forcing people to select options. Sometimes you want to go direct to typing in an address but you have to select or do away with options first. ### 1/5 — Lost saved searches *2025-04-30, version 218.0* This app continues to disappoint, now all my saved searches gone , waste of time ### 1/5 — Please go back!! *2025-04-30* What happened to the “saved searches” list? The list has completely disappeared but there is an option to save a search?? **Developer response:** Thank you for your feedback. We experienced a temporary issue displaying saved searches on the afternoon of April 30th. A fix was implemented the same day, and no data was affected. Thanks for your patience and for helping us make the app better! ### 1/5 — A huge leap backwards *2025-03-11, version 211.0* The earlier version of the app was great. Easy to use and had what I needed. Apart from more busy and less easy to use graphics, the new version no longer flags where the properties are located on the map by clicking an ad on the side bar. This means it is way slower and more complicated to determine if the location is suitable. An awful update that makes the app too slow and unpleasant to use ### 1/5 — Much Improved *2025-02-26, version 210.0* Well done TM Property! Searches now go back to the search list not the home page. Still a lot of resource with all the images loading but bit by bit it will get there! ### 1/5 — Not a great app *2025-02-13, version 207.0* The new version of this app is a backward step and usability. It’s not intuitive how to remove searches or it doesn’t always refresh. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — App is broken *2026-07-17, version 277.1* Loads normally, and then once you view one property the app doesn’t go back to the normal view and is unusable, so you have to close it and start again. Useless. ### 1/5 — Why was title and build year removed?! *2026-07-07, version 276.0* Recent update removed the details to show the title and the build year which is a major issue. Now you have to contact each agent and request info! Why?! Some of the most important details removed. The app works and shows properties but filters are almost non existent. It is not possible to filter by year, title, size etc. Very time consuming to find anything. ### 1/5 — Glitchy *2026-06-23, version 273.1* Crashes far too often! Not what it used to be. Can’t access the message facility in the Commercial section so sending a message is unusable. In the residential section messages come through overlaying one on top of another which makes them unreadable.
