TradeMate helps UK trades run jobs, capture compliance-style evidence, quotes, invoices, and sign‑off in one place. Create work against clients, record what happened on site (checks, photos, receipts, snags), then sync when you’re back online — so paperwork doesn’t vanish when signal drops.

What you get

• Jobs & calendar — List or calendar view: see today’s schedule, multi‑day job spans, client and general reminders, and team calendar entries. Filter by trade/type (Gas, Electrical, Plumbing, Construction, and more — plus your own templates).

• Checklists & templates you control — Start from UK‑oriented defaults or build your own. Use them for compliance-style checks or any recurring on‑site routine. Apply templates to new jobs in seconds; add ad‑hoc checklists when a job doesn’t fit a template.

• Pass / fail / N/A + photos — Record checks clearly; require photos on fail when you need proof. Optional snags with photo markup for issues that aren’t a simple pass/fail.

• Receipts & evidence on the job — Snap receipts and photos against the same record — fewer scraps of paper back at the van. Optionally flow receipt details into business expenses for your accounts view.

• Clients — Contact details, addresses, jobs, quotes, invoices, and reminders in one place (Free plan: up to 3 active clients; paid plans: unlimited).

• Quotes — Build quotes with your branding, export PDFs, attach quote photos, and send an acceptance link so clients can confirm in the browser. Turn accepted work into a job or invoice when you’re ready.
