Hands free mode doesn’t work consistently. Feels like it’s a race to get the video done before something happens and have to start over. ### 1/5 — Upload Pending *2025-08-13* Sounds and look good in theory. Uploading videos in the app is like waiting for frozen syrup to pour over your pancakes. Nothing like taking a great video you spent 15 minutes preparing information for just to have the video magically disappear as soon as you send the video. (Without any notification). So now you’re waiting for your customers reply but they never got the video. Time wasted and FaceTiming is way more personal anyways... ### 5/5 — Awesome app *2019-01-06* We use it at the car dealership I work at and customers love them. When they come in from the appointment video we sent out they always say how ahead of the game we are by doing this and really enjoy the “personal” video we send out by using their name instead of mass sending the same video to a bunch of people.
