Alarm sisteminde büyük hata var en kısa zamanda düzeltilmeli. Al alarmı kuruyorsunuz Sat alarmı olarak bildirim gönderiyor. Bildirimler temizlenmiyor. Bu bu uygulama ile ve banka için son mesajım Dünya Katilimdan hesabimizi açtık pazartesi bayram sonrasında da portföyümüzü tasiyoruz. Bu kadar berbat bir banka olamaz. Sozum ona özel kur tanımlandı spreadler hala çok yüksek bir de kur tanımlanmasa düşünemiyorum ne olacak! Müşteri odaklı değil sadece kendi çıkarını düşünen bir banka. Güvenmeyin ve hesap açmayın kurtulmanız çok zor olur bunu 10 yıllık müşterisi olarak yazıyorum.

Bir de Katılım endeksine uygun olmayan halka arz hisseleri artık ilk alımda gözüküyor bu yüzden anlışlıkla alınabiliyor. Eskisi gibi gözükmese ya da alırken uygun olmadığı uyarı şeklinde gelse sanki daha iyi olacak.

Sistemden kendim çıkmayıp arka planda uygulama kendisi oturumu kapattığında tuşlar tepki vermiyor, yeniden giriş yapabilmek için uygulamay tamamen kapatıp yeniden açmak gerekiyor ayrıca wifi ye bağlıyken durduk yere işlem esnasında dahi internete bağlı değilsini uyarısıyla karşılaşıyorum

Bildirimlerin alarmı çalışmıyor. Bu yüzden anlık yapmak istediğimiz işlemleri zamanında yapamıyoruz. Bildirim geliyor ama alarm sesini ayarlamama rağmen çalışmıyor. Tabi bu durum anlık işlem yapmamızı engelliyor.

Takip listemdeki hisselerin fiyatları ve yüzdelik oranları çok küçük biraz daha büyütemezmisiniz?  Bide koyu modda koyu yeşil yerine siyaha arkaplan rengi olursa daha kullanışlı olur çıkan ve düşenlerin kırmızı ve yeşilleri daha belirginleşir.

Kuveyt Turkun artık bu uygulamayı bastan asagiya yenilemesi gerekiyor her güncellemede uygulama kullanılmaz hale geliyor. Bildirimleri temizle yada tek tek bildirim sil secenegi calismiyor. Ayarlarınızı asla hatırlamıyor. Uygulamayi her açtığınızda Dashboard da açıyor ve takip listesi sizin belirleginiz değil hisse senedine dönüyor. Ben takip listesini kurlara ayarlıyorum ama uygulama ısrarla ayarları sıfırlayıp hisse senedinden başlatıyor. Özel kur tanımlanmasına rağmen hala makas aralıkları çok yüksek. Bu sene sonu yani bir daha ki ay bütün portföyümü Dünya Katilama tasiyacagim. Artık uygulama hatalarından ve makas aralığı sacmaligindan fenalik geldi. Bu son bir yılda neredeyse her uygulama güncellemesinde geri bildirim yaptık hataların düzeltilmesi beklenirken eski hatalar düzeltilmezken üstüne yenileri ekleniyor. Geri bildirim gönder gönder nereye kadar! Müşterilerin geri bildirimlerini dikkate almayan işletmeden hayır gelmez.
