doesn’t load app or work in any way after multiple attempts, the online customer support doesn’t reply, possible scam but definitely does not work and no response

We appreciate your feedback. We are sorry to hear about your experience. This is not the experience we want anyone to have when using the app.

If the app is not loading, there may be an issue with the installation or device compatibility. Please try closing the app fully and reopening it, or reinstalling it from the App Store to see if that resolves the issue.

We also apologise if you have not yet received a response from support. Please contact us again with details of your device model and iOS version so we can investigate the problem and help resolve it as quickly as possible.

I tried to sign up two different times, two different sets of email and password, neither one of them was successful
